We had the pleasure of purchasing a 2011 VW Jetta from Sammy. We really appreciated the depth of information he offered and his desire for US to fall in love with the car and not HIM convince us of why we should. He wanted to know our specific needs and wants. He was very black and white, so we didn't have to weed through the gray . He went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted and make the process painless and efficiant as buying a new car could be. We must mention Alex in finance who took us through our paper work. He was very respectful of our time and got through the info quickly but made sure we had all our questions answered. They made the experience for us! more

Just bought a new jetta sport wagon from Sammy at Dick Hannah. Called him up and came in for an appointment and was very pleased with his service. Not too pushy and treated us with respect. When it came time to talk financing, Alex walked us through the process and was very patient when we asked questions. I suggest calling in and making an appointment. Don't let he lot lizards decend upon you when you walk onto the sales lot. more

We had a pretty good experience working with Samantha. I did all my initial research and contact with VW dealer's via email. Samantha was very responsive and this is where we decided to do our test drive, although we were not committed to buying here. But after our test drive Samantha did more leg work then any of my other contacts and ultimately received our first offer, which was accepted. She was very helpful during the actual purchase as well and even after the purchase kept in touch to make sure all was well. Over all a very satisfying and low stress car buying experience. more

I am very much enjoying my new VW Jetta TDI. Hanhah VW was the last dealership I contacted since there were two other VW dealerships closer to where I live. Since the othe dealers had no inventory of the car that I was interest in buying, I called Hannah VW. Sammy Chaer happened to answer the phone. He stated that they had several of the TDI models to choose from. I drove over, met with him, and took a test drive. It was a pleasure to work with Sammy because of his thorough knowledge of the product and his willingness to take all of the time necessary to answer any question. more

I found a car online via auto trader and it led me to Dick Hannah's website. I dont like dealing with car dealers at all so I figured using the online chat option to find out about the car. I prompt response from Barbie and she was very honest and upfront about what was available (unlike most dealers). I made an appointment to be there in a few hours and she even called me near the appointment time to let me know one of the cars I was asking for was in fact gone. I loved the fact that she actually called me to tell me. When I arrived she had the other car waiting and was very upfront about how she the dealership worked (non commision) and walked around and found out more about what I wanted. In short she spent so much time explaining cars and options, and gave valuable personal expierence instead of just trying to sell me the first car I found. We came back that night with my 5 year and wee happened to forget a DVD, and she actually went out to her car and brought us one of her kids...AMAZING customer care. She then stayed 3 hours after we arrived to ensure until the deal was done and we were driving away in our new car that we were happy and understanding the full process. She knew so much about all the cars and truly seemed to care about our happiness and we never ever felt pushed or pressured. I have never posted an online feedback for anything before, but her service and her team that night, the finance and closer guys were great. She though made the sales expierence second to none and we will be lifetime customers of HERS for sure!!! She changed my view of buying a car ten fold...and even called and texted me to ensure we were happy and doing well and remembered to set up our appointment for window tinting also!!! What I really enjoyed about Sammy was his complete knowledge of the VW products. This car is loaded with setting options and refinements and Sammy knows all about all of them. If you call sales and Sammy doesn't happen to pick-up, I suggest that you ask for him. more

In my book, all car salespersons are presumed to be dishonest. The burden of proof is upon them to overcome that presumption. Samantha overcame that presumption. She did everything she said she would, and then some. My son and I ended up leasing two new Jettas. more
