I have worked with many different dealerships and Hannah VW has by far been the best. Alex Gihm was the guy who found my dream car and made it possible for me to drive it home the same day. He even stayed 4 and a half hours after he was supposed to be home (my apologies to his family). They really listened to what type of deal I was looking for and I felt the were working for me rather than against me! The environment was nonconfrentational and kept very pleasent even when I was being difficult. If you are looking for a VW then this is the only dealer you need to visit. more

We had to have our car towed. I called VW to tell them, they were able to fix our car quickly, the service person was communicative and informative. We wanted to pick up when the service center was closed, so we were able to pay over the phone and lock the key in the car, this made pick up SO EASY. Alex Gihm was my sales consultant and did a great job. I am very pleased with my 2010 VW Jetta turbo-diesel Sport Wagon. I get great gas(diesel) mileage and plenty of power/torque at the same time. It's got many bells and whistles as well. Regarding Cons section above: Instrument cluster display does not scroll names of those you want to call as in the 2010 sedan version of this car. Bought a TDI. Car we were going to buy, during detailing, was found to have very small rock chips that I would NEVER have noticed....but they did. They pointed them out, didn't want to sell it in that condition, and had an identical car all ready to go. I appreciate them not wanting to sell anything in less than PERFECT condition. I know of other dealerships who would not have been as forthcoming. We drove into Hannah Volkswagen on the spur of the moment. Neither Hannah nor VW had been on our list of cars/dealers to look at when we started out . But we had ben dissappointed with the list we had, so stopped by. What a difference!. Our salesperson, MaryAnne, was just great. Very knowledgeabe and professional, yet very nice and with a great sense of humor. Through her, we found what we were looking for and went home with the nw car we wanted -- even though we didn't know that earlier. MaryAnne was really good at listening to us and showing what they had that met our criteria, and it worked out well for us. The whole process was simple and straightforward wth no hassle -- even the dreaded meeting with the finance manager was quick and pleasant. Had a great experience working with Dick Hannah folks and Samantha, our sales person. There are some conventions which all dealers adhere to which I wish weren't there, like working backwards from monthly payments, rather than forward from amount paid, interest on financing, etc. But I don't hold that against Dick Hannah, as they were much better to deal with than most.
