Purchase new Jetta 8/31/2011

Entered into a lease agreement for a 2012 Jetta. Heather James listened to my needs and discussed the best option for me. The entire process was painless and efficient. Just bought my New Jetta! 8/31/2011

My wife and I contacted Heather James to find a great deal on a new Jetta TDI! She was honest, worked hard for us, and knew what she was talking about. Although, we made an appointment to see her she found herself busy with unexpected customers in addition to us! She maintained very well and never left us feeling less than the most important people she was helping. My overall experience was very good and will recommend Heather James and Vancouver VW to my friends and family! more

Great experience! My husband and I just purchased a 2012 Jetta. We were greeted right away by sales associate Heather James who was amazing! She took the time to get us the Jetta WE wanted. We went in knowing what we wanted and Heather made it happen. Never felt pressured to buy and truly felt appreciated. We will most defiantly recommend Dick Hannah VW and Heather! more

dick hannah vw, Maryann Randall, sales 8/3/2011

I emailed an inquiry about a used Passat. Maryann Randall responded immediately, and kept me updated on the newest cars available. I was not able to come in for several weeks, but Maryann kept in touch with me. We finally were able to make an appt. at my convience. I brought the whole family along, my husband, 2 yr old and 6 year old to test drive what ended up being more than 3 different cars. each time we had to deal with car seats and silly children. It did not phase her one bit! She spent a lot of time with us, and made sure we understood the pros and cons of each car and to lease or buy. We ended up with leasing a Jetta TDI and are very happy with it (so far) I am still getting used to a 6 speed. She even showed me how to work everything inside the car, including the hands free blue tooth. She followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions. great service, thanks Maryann! You may hear from me again if I decide I want to trade for the automatic!!! more

Rookie customer 7/13/2011

After many years of driving older vehicles...I was finally ready to take the big step of purchasing a nearly new car! Wow! I went to Hanna because of their great selection that I saw on the Web. I was greeted by Scotty Hiltz, and told him I was ""just looking"" and that it would take me a long time to decide, because it was a big step. He was really nice, patient and generous with his time. He didn't pressure me at all, even when after test driving a car I said I needed to think about it. He did call to follow up with me, and a few weeks later I went back and test drove several cars. Scotty was a great listener about what I wanted and needed, and about meeting my budget. I got a Certified Preowned Jetta and I love it! Hanna worked with me on everything from financing (hadn't financed a car in 25 years!) to resolving an unexpected problem at the end of the transaction. They were patient, professional, helpful...and went the extra mile to make sure my experience was awesome and that I was totally happy with the car. YAY Scotty and Hanna! Thanks so much! more

I went to Dick Hannah Volkswagen knowing what I want. I was greeted by Sammy Chare. I told him the color I wanted and features I was looking for. Test drove a couple cars and I finally went with the Jetta. I was in and out, in no time. Loved how quick and easy it was and no pressure at all. I'd recommend Sammy to anyone. Great Service 6/8/2011

At my recent visit to Dick Hannah Volkswagen I was pleasantly greeted when I phoned in to schedule my appointment. Once I arrived I was greeted in a timely fashion and checked in. My vehicle was promised to me by 6 pm and it as ready by 535 pm. When I went to pay my bill. The up coming service that will be required was brought to my attention. The quote was already prepared so, I didn't have to ask for one or wait while one was being prepared. I will continue to do my service at Dick hannah and will recommend them to friends and family more

I went to Dick Hannah to purchase my first car by myself. and had the best experience. Sammy helped me buy a car from volkswagen, he made sure that i left with the car that i wanted and made sure i made the right choice for me.. absolutely love my new car and would reccommend them to friends and family. more

A couple of months ago I decided to finally get a new car. I was looking for something that totally made me feel good about having to drive to work and back and pretty much around town all day. That was when I decided to go with Noe Galvez. My parents had bought 3-4 cars with him before and he never failed. more

We went to the Volkswagen dealership to purchase one new car for my wife. Maryanne was so helpful we ended up leaving the lot with two new cars! She looked at the vehicle I drove in after I mentioned I woudln't mind trading for another and worked her magic! We both drove off happy that night! more
