EXCELLENT SERVICE BY SAMANTHA LANE-DICK HANNAH VW VANCOUVER 4/27/2011

After starting the process on the internet a couple days prior, on Sunday April 24, my wife and I purchased a 2010 VW Jetta. We experienced excellent, friendly, and unpressured professionalism throughout from our Dick Hannah VW-Vancouver sales consultant--Ms. Samantha Lane. We are pretty meticulous folks and her style and mannerisms were very, very accomodating. We felt completely comfortable throughout the purchase process. Ashley Myers--Sales Manager--and an equally nice person at Hannah VW--also did a great job in support of Samantha's efforts. more

Ask for Sammy C. 4/15/2011

I thought I would have to dedicate all weekend looking for a great car at a great price. I went to one other dealership but was turned off by the pushy salesman. I stopped by Dick Hannah on a whim. Sammy C. walked out, wasn't pushy, was full of knowledge about the cars I wanted to look at, and genuinely worked his hardest to get us the best price. Sammy was friendly and did everything he needed to do in order to get me into a great car. If it wasn't for Sammy, I wouldn't have purchased at Dick Hannah VW and wouldn't have gotten such a great deal. Seriously, ask for Sammy; he's the best. more

VW Rabbit, great car 4/15/2011

It was a nice moment when I have found this VW Rabbit, I was looking to save gas mileage and I have more then that, this car has confort, style and good gas mileage. It came with more satisfaction when they called me back for a new loan with lower interest - GOOD JOB DICK HANNAH!!! I LIKE IT!!! more

Thanks Sammy!!! 4/15/2011

I had gone to Dick Hannah to check out a car (VW Golf) I had seen on their website. I was greeted by salesmen, Sammy C. He was very helpful and there was no pressure, which made it easier to make a decision. As we took it out for a test drive, he had an answer for every question I had about the vehicle. I've been in a lot of stressful situations and to my surprise Sammy made the buying process super easy!!! A signature here and there, a handshake and a smile sealed the deal & I was on my way! Thank you so much for all your help Sammy! :D more

I recently purchased a 2008 Eos from Dick Hannah Volkswagon. I was greeted Sammy Chaser, he was very friendly and personable. I told him I was looking as used Eos he showed me all the models they and let me test drive all the models that were available. He was helpful in helping me decided which Eos was the best fit for me. When I decided to purchase one he made the buying process very stress free. This is my first Volkswagon and probably won't be my last. When I decided to buy again, I will be asking for Sammy! more

Hannah is awesome! 3/25/2011

I went looking for a specific van I saw on thier website, I didn't think we qualified because of income limitations, but Heather made it so stress-LESS and she really put in the extra effort to make us happy. I got the van I wanted at a great deal and will definately recommend everyone I know to start at Hannah. Thanks to Heather for all the work she did for us! She even stayed until all the papers were signed and we were on our way- it was 9:30PM and they were closed, but Heather stayed and made us feel very comfortable. Thanks Heather and Hannah Volskwagon for a great experience. more

Heather James is the Best! 3/12/2011

We recently bought a brand new 2011 Jetta that we absolutely love!!! Heather James was our sales/leasing consultant, and she was definitely the best we've ever dealt with!! At the time, we were just looking into the possibility of a new car, and she didn't pressure us at all, which is very unusual (but awesome) for a salesperson. She was really patient with us, and didn't rush us through the process, which is also unusual in a good way! She took her time showing us all the features of our new car and made sure we knew how to work it before we left the lot, even after she'd already made the sale. I HIGHLY recommend asking for her the next time you're at Dick Hannah--five stars for sure!! more

I had a wonderful experience buying my new Passat at Dick Hannah. I was just getting my old passat serviced when I decided to go to the show room to look at the new models. Sammy was very personable and asked if I needed help. He showed me several new VW models and arranged for a test drive. I did not feel any pressure while looking at the cars. When I finally decided to purchase a car, Sammy made the process very pleaseant and easy. I highly recommend buying a new car at Dick Hannah Volkswagon in Vancouver, WA. Sammy was a very professional and a courteous salesman. more

What a great experience I had with Dick Hannah Volkswagen! I have driven a company car for the past 19 years so I haven't had to car shop for myself in just as long. I live in Tacoma but couldn't find the car I wanted in my area, after doing a search I found a beautiful CC Sport but it was all the way down in Vancouver. I called and spoke to Mary Ann Randall, she was so helpful on the phone answering all my questions, and assured me she would take the keys so the car would still be there when I came down, so I could test drive it. Locally, twice I called a dealership to make sure the car I was looking at was still available and when I got there I was told ""oh were sorry that one just sold but we can show you this more expensive model"" I had a bad taste in my mouth re dealerships by then. more

Cort at Dick Hanna VW 3/8/2011

I really don't like buying a new car simply because I feel like I'm going to be taken advantage of. Cort made that all go away. I felt more like I was talking to a friend than a car salesman and he let me make my own decisions. He was friendly, honest and most of all not pushy!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there looking to get a new car. I left with a brand new Jetta and had no buyer's remorse after the fact because I know I got the best deal I possibly could have. Thanks, Cort! more

Everyone loves a new car but dreads the buying process. I must say I am surprised how wonderful my experience was at Dick Hannah VW. The person who made that experience exceptional for us was Heather James. Heather was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured. I left with my new car feeling happy and relaxed. I love my new Jetta, and after my experience with Dick Hannah and Heather I will probably never own anything other than a VW! Great work. more

Wonderful Experience..thank you Ketorie! 3/4/2011

We took our Jetta in for routine service...which is always exceptional... and came away with a new car. We had no intention of buying a new car but they made the terms so easy and affordable we couldn't resist. Especially helpful was the sales rep we dealt with, Ketorie Brown. My wife and I were more impressed with his friendliness, openness and refreshing honesty than any sales rep we can ever remember dealing with....and we've been buying cars for more than 35 years. This is the second car we've bought at Dick Hannah, but it won't be the last. And when we go back, we'll be asking for Ketorie's help and guidance again. Thank you Mr. Brown! more

Samantha Was Worth The Drive From Newberg 3/3/2011

We had checked out all the VW dealers in Oregon & our sales person Samantha was the reason we drove all the way from Newberg Oregon to Dick Hannah Volkswagen. We feel she worked hard to get us into our 2010 Jetta. In fact we liked her so much we bought a second car from her. A 2011 Jetta wagon three weeks later. more

Sammy Chaer was our VW consultant who help us test drive 6 cars and spend 8 hours until we found the Jetta we wanted. He was knowledgeable and in the end, I believe he help us save a few $1000 under dealer invoice. We would buy from him again... more

This lady (Samantha Lane) will get you the best deal. She is nice, intelligent, knows her stuff and has the right connections to pull it off. We spent about 4-5 hours together and she never missed a beat. I believe that she got me a great deal on my brand new 2011 Jetta SE woohoo! She will treat you right! more
