Day & Nite Towing

I had my car in a public parking lot. I couldn't open the door to get in because the lock was broken. It was 2 am in a morning. I had to move the car to dealer to fix it. I called Day & Nite and told the situation and they said they can't unlock the door because they didn't have the tool to do it that time. So I called AAA to unlock the car and I waited for the towing guy for one hour. The guy came and he just shut the door again. I had the door opened and waited for one hour for nothing. The guy said can't do anything right now because he didn't have tools to unlock it. He wasn't even sorry. I went home, I called them next day again to unlock it and tow it. The lady working at the office was nice but the towing guy and unlock guy were horrible. They just decided not to come and didn't even call me. I waited for them at the parking lot and the office lady called me again and she just told me they are not coming and I should call AAA. I couldn't believe they didn't let me know they were not coming before I get there. I have no idea how they can have the job like that. I would never call them again. more

I've never seen such an overpriced business. Two hundred and fifty dollars to be towed less than 5 miles by a poorly equipped driver, and then only to be treated by a snotty woman who paid more attention to watching American Idol than to answering my questions about the dozen or so ""extra charges"" in addition to the already steep towing fee.
