I bought a new building that was destroyed interior wise. Dan and his crew came out one afternoon to take a look at the work and give me an estimate. Dan told me he would have the place looking brand new in several days. To be honest I was doubtful. When I came back the building was BEAUTIFUL, I was more than impressed by the work and the results. To whom it may concern, my name is Dan Mitchell Founder of Thorough Maids...I respectfully ask little helpers to remove the negative review of my company Thorough Maids by user name LAZYBOY and which has been changed to Crason212. After thorough research we find that our account that the negative review was written under links back to Michael Irizarry's personal face book account and if you click on his photo on the review it takes you to his account to where it bares the little helpers logo and those affiliated of little helpers in his top friends. WE HAVE ASKED LITTLE HELPERS TO TAKE CARE OF THIS BUT ALL THAT HAPPENED WAS THE USER NAME WAS CHANGED, BUT IT STILL LINKS BACK TO MICHEAL IF YOU CLICK ON THE REVIEW ON OUR PAGE. Cure for Asthma! 3/12/2009

My son has chronic Asthma, the supplies the maids use at thorough maids have not triggered any attacks. I hired a maid service because I was unaware of the correct chemicals to use that will not harm my son. Thank you t maids for the healthy products, I am going to tell everyone about you! Go Green Cleaning! 3/11/2009

Woo-Hoo finally a cleaning company in Chicago that uses green cleaning supplies. I'm tired of ordering services and companies like Access Maids or Little helpers showing up with Lysol and windex saying its commercial grade green cleaning. My house looks clean and I do not smell harsh odors after they leave. Pros: REAL GREEN CLEANING SUPPLIES USED! more

Oh my God, I love this company! They offer almost every service, I wanted my windows done, they did both inside and out including the screens! The job they did on my tile and grout was amazing. I never seen my place this clean. A+++ Pros: They provide services most maid services do not. Cons: Did not see any. more

AGGRESSIVE CLEANING AND GREAT PRICES! 3/7/2009

My home was a pig stye, I have been super busy and to my shame I had to call a cleaning service. I hired Thorough maids after checking several Chicago companies. Their site won me over and to no suprise, the results were emaculate. They aggressively cleaned my home and things sparkled more than before.. My home was restored and looked better than it did when I first moved in 10 years ago. I am greatful companies like this exist to help true slobs like me! Pros: Do what they promise! more

When I was injured in a motorcycle accident, I called Thorough Maids to help out. Just like every review here so far, they did what they said they would at our initial meeting! I strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a cleaning company. Pros: They keep all promisies made. Cons: 0 more

Great maid service 3/2/2009

I was very pleased with the ending results! They came and did what they told me over the phone they would do. My house was pretty messy due to recent surgeries I have had and it limited me to do what I used to take for granted. I never used a maid service before and I was scared of doing it but Thorough maids made it east and they are a pleasure to have in my home! Pros: Great quality, great prices. more
