The management at Cypress Lake lied to me on more than one occasion. They misrepresent the availability of apartments and then omit information about charges when you are moving out. The stackable washer/dryer units are inefficient and it took me up to five times in the dryer to dry a small load of clothes. When I called the office, it took a few days before anyone even came to look at the dryer. Then I had to call again days later to see when they were actually going to fix it. They finally came, again, days later, but the problem persisted after they ""fixed"" it. I also witnessed what appeared to be a narcotics deal outside my building one day. I told management, but they said there was nothing they could do. I would not recommend living at this complex. They are dishonest, inefficient, and unsafe.
