Data Recovery Pro's 5/17/2011

Last week my computer crashed! I was totally freaking out when I thought I had lost all of my business contacts. Thankfully, I remembered that Cyberstreams hooked me up with a really sweet deal on Microsoft's Sharepoint installation. All of my contacts were recovered, and I'm back up and running! Best Seattle IT Support 4/27/2011

I quickly learned about the great service Cyberstreams has right after I got a whole new phone system installed by one of there technicians. It seems that when they installed the new system there was a faulty part in one of the phones we were using, we informed Cyberstreams that it wasn't working and they came right over and replaced it without hesitation. They were fast, reliable, and super friendly. more

My boss put me in charge of contracting with an outside IT services company for the tasks we could not do in-house. She has been very impressed with my choice. They work with many businesses in the Seattle area yet they still take the time to treat us like we are their most important customer. I am very impressed with their service and you will be too. more

Running a medium sized business for the first time in my life left me overwhelmed. I know a little bit about computers but I am not proficient enough to do the IT, nor do I have the time.
