Disappointed..... 11/24/2012

I brought my vehicle in to have the battery tested after talking to Chad from the service dept. When I arrived, I asked for Chad, but was assisted by a Chris Ford (service advisor). I explained the problem I was having with my vehicle to him. He told me he could test the battery or I could get an electric system check for $108. I opted to have the battery check done. He then left and I didn't see him for another 15-20 minutes. I tried to get the attention of another tech that was nearby to see if someone could test the battery, but he acted as though be didn't hear me call out to him and just continued to eat a bowl of food that was being passed out to the employees. Must have been employee appreciation day,because it sure didn't feel like the customers were appreciated. When Chris Ford finally returned to my vehicle, he said he thought someone by the name of Carter was coming to assist me. So he had to go back and get the battery tester. Chris needs more training in customer. service as does the other employees. I will not return to this location more

Curry Honda lying about $50 visa card gift to test drive Honda. 5/28/2012

Saw Curry Honda tv ad 2012 Memorial day weekend offering $50 gift card for coming in and test driving a Honda similar to Ford's test drive offer of giving a $50 visa card during Auto show for test driving Ford. I called Curry Honda on Memorial Day to confirm offer and was told it was good until end of the day, I arrived at 1:00pm and after discussing with salesman which car to test drive, stated I desired to take advantage of $50.00 test drive offer. He said they ran out of the offer and I could still test drive a Honda without recieving offer. I then spoke to the Curry Honda Sales manager who also said they ran out of offer? I stated I called before I came to confirm offer and was not told anything about there being a limited number of people that would be given offer. He basically said tough! I suspect no one actually recieved the offer and it was all a bait and switch. I told the sales manager he reminded me of Obama with the lying with a bait and switch routine to get me to come just like the last election. I left and drove up the street to Fiat and test drove a Fiat 500 5-spd. What a blast! Still wating for a Veloster turbo though. Never ever will consider a Honda! Nor will I vote for Obama. more

Worth the extra drive 2/1/2012

Just leased my first car, a Civic. I drove a few extra miles to look at their selection and deals. Met who I consider to be one of the real professionals in the car sales; Roy Neal. What a pleasure to do business with, no high pressure, just listen to my needs and then set about to find a car that fit my specific needs. Everyone I met at Curry Honda was polite and knowledgable. Roy called me at work the next day just to ask how I like the car. I would recommend Roy Neal and the Curry staff to everyone. I love my Civic too!! more

I walked out 5/12/2011

I was waiting to be helped when I heard a Curry Honda employee yelling at a customer (a woman) in front of everyone telling her she was stupid and that he didn't have to prove anything to her. I don't know what they were talking about exactly but the guy could not have been more rude or dismissive to the woman. I was so angry FOR that woman, I left. There is no way I will be treated like that and if that's the way Curry does business no one should do business with them! Looking on the Curry website the utterly disrespectful employee's name was Bruce S. I hope that woman files a complaint with anyone and everyone who will listen. As for me, I'm spending my $30,000 elsewhere. more

I was a little apprehensive about going to buy a car ANYWHERE after I sorted through pages and pages of online reviews. It seems like people either love places or hate them- nothing in between. Price is what brought me to Curry Honda, and customer service is what kept me there. I was pleasantly surprised with how down-to-earth the sales rep I worked with was. He guided me to my choices, and even before I asked to, he said "I understand you may need some time to think this over." I was impressed. I ended up buying the car and I don't regret it at all. I'm not sure if these negative reviews are real or are from a competitor, but I can honestly say I was thrilled with my experience. more

Worst customer service and follow up ever. Also check how many complaints there are on BBB.org. More than you can count! If only I would have looked before I leaped. If you like rude sales people and managing staff than it's for you. I am a very dissatisfied consumer. Please whatever you do find another dealership other than Curry! TRUST ME!
