This is property has the opportunity to be very nice. Even though it is an older property, the layouts are nice and it is in a good location. However, the front gate has been broken and not functional for almost a year now, thus it is NOT a gated community. The pool was opened mid July last year and again this year, the pools are still not open. The type of residents that have been allowed to rent are now noisy, trash is seen in the breezeways, trash in the parking lots. The property is on some sort of contract with a local university or art school and it is basically a dorm over here now. I have lived here for a number of years, and it has gotten worse every month! My advice is not to live here until they get t together.
I never had an issues with the management themselves, but the residents are terrible and the property is not being ""managed"" on a day to day basis. The courtesy officer's number is not even correct on the voice recording. No one is ever in the office to assist you. This property is going downhill very quickly!
Do not wast your money here! Pay $100 more per month at a better property... you will be glad you did!
