This CPC guys called me and say I owe money to a local retailer. I checked with the same retailer, and owe nothing. I called the retailer's Customer service and double checked with them about any unpaid bills, and learned that owe nothing to them. These CPC guys call my home and leave just a voice mail saying that its very important call and I need to return their call. When I talked to them, they lie that they sent a written note to me. But. They claim that they sent many mails to my home address about the bill. But, I received none from them.
these people are just scam since they do not send anything in writing. They managed to get my s.s n and home address and tel. number. They are very rude, intimidating and con over the phone.
All they ask is to pay money wire transfer by asking your a/c number and check book sequence #s. To attract you, they will say you owe say 250 dollars and today they give 40% discount on the debt, if we decide to pay. be ware.
