Came in for an appt that was scheduled for 10am and the doctor did not see me until 11:10am... Unacceptable! And then she could not even do an ultrasound. Not pleased. Staff was nice but the delay is ridiculous. more

We always seem to have problems with our appointments when it comes to scheduling. We always show up on time but there have been several incidents where we arrive they have tried cancelling it due to staffing reason or where they gave us the wrong time for the appointments . It seems to be an issue with the scheduling department... Also we used to get confirmations of our appointment but for the last couple appointments we have not been receiving them. The doctors and clinical staff have been great but we are not happy with the scheduling of the appointments. more
