He was on time, courteous and did a great job. He actually even fixed a closet door....LOL. I definitely plan on using him in the future. more

We had Len @ Complete Carpet Care LLC come out when we decided to put our house on the market. When he showed up for the initial consultation and turned off the lights, pulled out the yellow glasses, and turned on a black light, I thought ""This man is serious about carpet stains."" He and his assistant Zach did a fantastic job. We had another company come out earlier this year and steam clean, but there were still a few spots that we thought were permanent. Len spent almost the whole day meticulously treating each area with methods and detail I have never seen before. He is extremely educated and experienced about carpet and treating any type of stain on all types of textiles. I was very impressed with his attention to detail and the time that he took to make sure I understood what and why he was doing each step. He educated me on carpet, area rugs, tile, and upholstery. Valuable information when I make purchases in the future. My snow white carpet looks like snow again. Not sludge. Even the areas without traffic that were previously cleaned by the other company ended up even cleaner! We have already started telling everyone about him. Professional, great service, great to work with and have in our home. Even the dog liked him. Worth every penny! I never told him this, but he would have had the job without even telling me any of the details or methods. He had me at the yellow glasses and black light. Len Creech impressed us with his vast knowledge of carpet and fiber cleaning! Recently we were having a new roof installed when a sudden storm came up and dumped more than four inches of rain in one hour on our unprotected roof. The roofer had no tarps with him to cover the bare wood and as a result we had a lot of water-soaked carpeting. Len was there the next day and brought the proper equipment to dry out the carpeting. He explained what needed to be done and answered our questions. It was very apparent that he knew what he was talking about. He stayed late that evening making sure everything was properly taken care of. Once the drying was completed, he returned and cleaned the carpet. Our carpeting looks better than new....he removed stains that I was sure would not come out. He is definitely a professional with the knowledge and work ethic that one doesn't see much of today. He takes great pride in his work and the final product is beyond one's expectations. We would highly recommend his services and we will definitely use his company again! more

Len spent a great deal of time during his initial quote to explain why the carpet was bunching up and how he would correct the problem. We got the living room and two bedrooms cleaned. The living room looked great, the bedrooms looked great but the edges. The edges didn't look like they were vacuumed before the carpets were cleaned. Also I wrote a check almost 2 months ago and it just now got deposited after I called a couple of weeks ago and it was promised to be deposited two tuesdays ago, which I don't know about most people, but I don't like when people take forever to deposit a check. So if you use them, I wouldn't write a check. more

Complete Carpet Care cleaned all of the carpeting in my house and repaired a small area in one room. Len gave me the highest quote (and stuck to it) for the job, but I was very impressed by his reputation and knowledge. He was also the most flexible in terms of timing, so he got the job. Len explained in detail what I could expect from the cleaning and, more importantly, what I should not expect. He was very upfront and honest about everything based on the type of carpet and its age/wear. He thoroughly answered every question I asked. Len came in on a Friday afternoon to repair a bad spot in the carpet, then came in the next day (Saturday) to perform the cleaning. He spent nearly 12 hours on the cleaning, and the end result was better than I had expected. While there's no way to undo years of age and wear, Len was able to get the carpeting looking good. I don't think anyone else could have done as good a job. Len also offered to help me out on future carpet purchases so I can buy the best carpet for my next house. more

We had Len Creech from Complete Carpet Care come out and clean our carpets. the carpets were in terrible shape after seven years of kids and dogs making a total mess. We really thought we'd have had to replace them, but Len came in and performed a miracle! The carpets look OUTSTANDING -- better than they did seven years ago when we moved in. Mr. Creech was prompt and very professional. We have a dog and young children and he was very good in working around them.
