I want to thank CMA for taking over for the prior management company, it has made what I do so much easier to do.

Worst

It is clear to me that most of these reviews are fake and that Community Management Associates has probably had their employees to write these reviews.

Without her expertise and support of CMA, we would have been lost 9/24/2010

We are a small Condo HOA and we've been through a lot over the last two years. Leslie Banks, our CMA property manager, has gone above and beyond to help us through a severe flood and overall community management. Without her expertise and support of CMA, we would have been lost and probably wouldn't have gotten things done as efficiently without CMA's reputation. more

Great service from Ian. He is CMA to us. His service is greatly appreciated. CMA is only as good as the manager that works with the HOA. more

I can say with confidence this year was one of the easiest and one of our best. 9/22/2010

This year with Jodi has been great. After barely surviving two lesser companies we contracted with CMA and Jodi has been great! She is on time, delivers on her promises, keeps us on track, gets good deals on services, everything a HOA board could want. I have been on our HOA board for six years and with Jodi on board, I can say with confidence this year was one of the easiest and one of our best. more

A few years ago we hired CMA and at the time we had a really bad taste in our mouth from the experience with our previous property management firm. Since the time we have hired CMA, projects are being completed on time and our association is running smoothly and more importantly in financially sound even in this struggling economy. CMA, both as a service provider for our communitites and a business partner always exceeds our expectations. You handle the properties with the right combination of attention to the property and the owners/occupants and the fact that it has to be finacially sound and run as a business making good business decisions more
