Best

I want to thank CMA for taking over for the prior management company, it has made what I do so much easier to do.

Worst

It is clear to me that most of these reviews are fake and that Community Management Associates has probably had their employees to write these reviews.

I wanted to drop a quick note and let you know that Robin Totally saved the day! She went above and beyond for my case and I am truly grateful! THANK YOU!!! more

Paula from Community Management Associates has been doing a great job for the community in Bishop’s Gate. She is professional, so knowledgeable and just not enough adjectives to describe her. She has maintained her professionalism even with some rudeness from a few people. Truly doing a great job. more

My name is Laura and I live in Hickory Springs Subdivision in Kennesaw Georgia. I have been a Board member for 8 years and have served as the president for the past 3. Our property manager is Rosanne and I want to tell you what a valuable asset she is to us. Rosanne attends every single meeting, always prepared with all financial documents to conduct out meeting. She always begins the meeting with where we stand on annual dues, new closings, and the results of her drive throughs. As we work through our agenda, Rosanne offers input wherever needed and if we ever need a name of someone for any type of work, if she doesn’t have that information on hand she emails it to us the very next day. She is also happy to set up appointments for any vendors we may need and even offers to meet them if one of the Board members is not available.\r \r Rosanne is prompt, professional, and very helpful when dealing with any given situation. We have to deal with homeowners with questions and complaints on a regular basis and whenever Rosanne is involved, she always seems to know just how to handle it. Her letters to homeowners reflect in the same way.\r \r When I moved to Hickory Springs, it was my first experience serving as a Board member and Rosanne’s assistance as our property manager helped me gain the knowledge to be a very efficient Board member. (I sometimes forget that she’s not a Board member or homeowner due to the fact that she knows as much about our neighborhood as I do.) a few months back, I was unable to attend our monthly meeting and with having a whole new Board this year, I was concerned that the meeting would not be conducted as usual. Rosanne assured me that she could handle it and that she did!!! The meeting went off without a flaw because she is so involved and on top of things on a daily basis. I have spoken with other neighborhoods and when they hear about our dealings with our property manager, they’re very envois because not one single one of them has a property manager that is as involved as Roseanne is. Rosanne has always gone above and beyond to make sure that are taken care of and that the job she does Is done in timely efficiently. \r \r I will end this review saying that Hickory Springs is a wonderful community to live and one of the main contributing factors is that we have Rosanne as our property manager.\r more

CMA responded to a roof leak on Halloween this year, on Thursday. I had no idea that they would be able to address my concern so quickly! Thursday evening, after my kids had finished Trick or Treating, AND eating candy, the rep from Gray called to tell me someone would be over Friday am. At 8 am, Cooper arrived, in the rain, went into the attic, maneuvered with Bill on the roof and located the potential problem! Made a repair all done by 8:45! He left me with good feelings that this would do it, but cautioned me to watch for any more leaking during heavy rains before I had the ceiling repaired. Later that morning, the gray rep called me to follow up, and ask if everything was OK. Wow! I am so impressed. I hope you will past this on to them with my thanks. But it all started with my property manger Eric from CMA and I want to thank him as well. We are very fortunate to have him as our property manager. more

Just wanted you to know that Andrea (VP) and Darcy (HL) did great work in expediting our move. Needing to clear a loan, and get a new loan, the bank had many requirements and Darcy and Andrea promptly and accurately responded each time. E.g. HOA dues questions, flood insurance, etc. Too often, I know, you just heart complaints, so I wanted you to know that CMA communities has some great employees: winners! It is especially great to work with Darcy face to face. We always see a very positive attitude. more

Sometimes it's easy to forget or take for granted the efforts of those who provide services to us.\r Earlier this year, my fire company responded to a flooding call at Parklane at about 3am. When we arrived we found our intrepid property manager from CMA with a wet vacuum removing water from sprinkler head activation in one of the units. He was in good spirits and doing an outstanding job of mitigating damage, while providing excellent customer service to our residents. He really represented the property management n an exemplary manner. Mark provides a great value to us and thank you for a job well done.\r more

I am a property owner at Clayburne Place Condominiums in Atlanta, GA for which Kiva is our property manager. Throughout the past few years we have been having several issues within our community and Kiva has been a true blessing to us. She has been and continues to be helpful with nay issues that arise. Some of the key things she has helped us with this year are: changing over our landscaping company, assisting with tenants that are illegally renting, assisting with tenants that are not paying their dues, and assisting with tenants who are not controlling their animals. Those are just a few of the items that Kiva has assisted with, but like I said she has been a true blessing to our community. more

My experience with CMA has been nothing but a positive experience from sitting on a board that dealt directly with CMA. Our property manager liaison, Patrick, was an invaluable resource and proved his value in every way possible. Patrick always assumed a quiet, laid back position during the course of the meetings we had, but whenever we ran into an issue Patrick was the individual I would look to for quiet, sage advice. The alternatives he would methodically lay out for our consideration not only had legal merit, but a pragmatic soundness that struck immediate appeals with the directors, whether the subject matter entailed neighborhood disputes, system challenges, or conflicting legal avenues. The rapidity of his choices and alternatives were always impressive and were delivered without fanfare, but rather with an understated quality hat often left board members wondering why we hadn’t thought of those possibilities ourselves. \r \r More importantly, if Patrick didn’t have an answer to our issue, he would so state, and within twenty four hours, I would receive a phone call or email communication laying out viable alternatives for the board to consider. In each and every instance, Patrick’s advice was succinct, delivered with grammatical correctness, and a certainty that held our attention. In a world where many young people employ language that seems to be an amplification of fashionable TV programs and their trendy lingual shortcuts, Patrick’s use of the English language conveyed appropriate usage that lent greater strength and credibility to the soundness of recommendations laid before our directors to be considered. \r more

I just wanted to drop a review and let you know how happy I am with CMA and the management of my property thus far. It is so nice to feel like someone is looking out for us through all these issues, etc. The difference between CMA and my last management association is so vast it seems ridiculous. And a special thank you to Chrys again for a job well done. more

I was, until recently, the president of a Home Owners Association in Atlanta. I’m taking the time to look back on the year and all I had to deal with. During the course of the year, I had many individuals and vendors to deal with, and the most immediate individual that came to mind was our CMA property manager, Patrick. I can unequivocally state that based upon my years experience with Patrick as the designated Property Manager for my community, time and again, Patrick proved that he was an invaluable asset to us. Throughout the year, Patrick was immediately available whenever we had an emergency in our subdivision, and in each and every instance, he was an invaluable source of information for us to pursue. Without fail, his recommendations proved to be ironclad and the issues were resolved. Whether legal, financial, or of a structural nature, he was immediately forthcoming with valuable advice. He proved himself over and over again and I am eternally grateful to him and for CMA. more

I wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate CMA handling my properties. Since they took over on Eastland Village it has been nothing but “putting fires out” and we have never had anyone to respond so quickly and to shop for good pricing on my behalf. This has been nothing but an experience to remember. We are happy we made the change to CMA so far and we expect they will continue to look out for our pocket book and keeping us under budget. Again, I appreciate everyone at CMA! more

Editorial review from Citysearch 7/12/2013

CMA and my property manager have helped me seek a solution to a complaint I had. I had a tremendous amount of problems with a neighbor issue and my property manager was supportive and did all she could within the limit of the law at an attempt to find a solution. Unfortunately, due to the weakness of Georgia laws regarding nuisance issues there was not a lot she could do. \r \r Be that as it may, my property manager was very dignified in her attempt to seek middle ground and prevent this issue from escalating further. I do not often or hardly ever do I give compliments or praise unless an individual truly goes the extra mile on my behalf. I feel like she went the extra mile within the confined limits she is allowed to due to GA law. I feel like she is a great asset to your organization and has been an asset to our community. I hope my sincerest regard reaches CMA and she and CMA are recognized for her hard work and the passion she has for her job.\r more

I have worked with CMA for a while now and I probably interact with them much more than any of clients. What can I say? I like to be involved. As tiresome as they probably are of me, working with CMA has always been a pleasant experience and enjoyable. I can tell you that CMA’s attention to detail, professionalism, and positive attitude beats other property managers – by a very wide margin! more

I had to take a moment to write a review about Community Management Associates of Atlanta; they have been completely professional, organized, and they actually care about the community I live in. The residents and I have a great amount of respect for your company and the way you handle business. In the end we all feel confident that we made the right decision to move here because of the extra care we all receive. A big thanks for all that you have done! more

I have been working with Community Management Associates for a while now and they always seem to stick by your side. As a part of an HOA it can be trying at times to have a management company handle your properties, but CMA has been a great asset to our community! Efficient and professional sums it up; appreciate the hard work your team puts in on a daily basis. more
