My experience with CMA has been nothing but a positive experience from sitting on a board that dealt directly with CMA. Our property manager liaison, Patrick, was an invaluable resource and proved his value in every way possible. Patrick always assumed a quiet, laid back position during the course of the meetings we had, but whenever we ran into an issue Patrick was the individual I would look to for quiet, sage advice. The alternatives he would methodically lay out for our consideration not only had legal merit, but a pragmatic soundness that struck immediate appeals with the directors, whether the subject matter entailed neighborhood disputes, system challenges, or conflicting legal avenues. The rapidity of his choices and alternatives were always impressive and were delivered without fanfare, but rather with an understated quality hat often left board members wondering why we hadn’t thought of those possibilities ourselves. \r

More importantly, if Patrick didn’t have an answer to our issue, he would so state, and within twenty four hours, I would receive a phone call or email communication laying out viable alternatives for the board to consider. In each and every instance, Patrick’s advice was succinct, delivered with grammatical correctness, and a certainty that held our attention. In a world where many young people employ language that seems to be an amplification of fashionable TV programs and their trendy lingual shortcuts, Patrick’s use of the English language conveyed appropriate usage that lent greater strength and credibility to the soundness of recommendations laid before our directors to be considered. \r
