On-time, fast, thorough, and professional 5/23/2016

The whole process, from getting a quote, scheduling service (Betty is just great!), and having my rugs cleaned, was easy and very professional. Phil took the time to inspect my rugs and give his professional opinion of the right process to clean them. He was also clear about the expectations of the outcome which was spot on. The price was very reasonable as well. There was great communication from start to finish and I would certainly recommend Colonial Chem-Dry. more

Exceeded my expectations 5/6/2016

Our carpets are getting old and dingy. There were many spots I thought would never come out. Phil was able to revive my carpets to looking new. more

Pet stained white carpet looks like new! 4/21/2016

We adopted a Golden Retriever puppy who did more than a little puppy staining damage to,our expensive, white family room carpet. The service technician who came to our home was kind, courteous, friendly and knowledgable. We chose the all natural (meaning no chemicals or toxic additives) basic cleaning service and amazingly, when the carpet dried, it looked as good as new! I would use Colonial Chem Dry again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them. more

Very efficient carpet cleaning 4/10/2016

A 2-man team, Phil and Alex, arrived on time on a rainy day and created an immediate positive impression by wiping their feet on a fluffy kind of pillow they brought inside. They measured the 3 rooms with a laser device (they exclude unmovable objects) and calculated a price so you know in advance if your rooms exceed the special pricing limits. They got right to work using a carbonated water formulation that leaves no chemical smell or residue and protected the furniture (which they moved) from staining carpet by placing small, temporary plastic shields. Completed in about 1 1/2 hours. more

Carpet cleaning 1/27/2016

I had Colonial Chem Dry come to my house before the holidays. I can't begin to tell you what a fabulous experience it was. Joe was a complete professional explaining the procedures and the products he used as he cleaned. I had several different types of rugs in my home cleaned and each one came out perfectly. I encourage anyone looking to have their rugs expertly cleaned to use Colonial Chem Dry. They are terrific! more
