I have never asked for my money back for a haircut, however this was the worst haircut/style that I have ever had. It was uneven, the layering job was terrible. The partial foil was just plain bad. I got home and the color was streaky and my roots seemed worse that what they were when I came in! I chose to go to a different salon (Pusch--which is awesome!) to get my hair completely redone. The staff were unprofessional, inexperienced, and immature. I know that one hairstylist doesn't represent an entire salon...so sorry Daisy...you were sweet, but you need more practice and it won't be on my head. Especially since I paid $120 for absolute crap, just to spend another $60 at another salon. On a positive note, I had been there several years before and had a good experience. Apparently this salon had some turnover...please make sure your new stylists actually have the skills to cut hair and that they didn't just sit out in the sun during hair school.
Pros: good selection of aveda products
Cons: bad haircut, terrible color, bad customer service
