It is a great place, my only complaint is that I feel that they take a while to start your treatment. But other than that the ladies are very good at what they do!

Horrible Massage 1/1/2006

Ok, I got this as a gift for Christmas, and expected a relaxing massage. The ambience and atmosphere was great, but the massage was a barely scratch the surface kind. She seemed inexperienced and barely used any pressure. It was pretty bad. Pros: great atmosphere, clean Cons: bad job, not experienced more

I had a good full body massage, excellent facial, Ruggles lunch, great manicure and pedicure. I didn't appreciate the fact though that the makeup/beauty session was used as an opportunity for them to try and load my basket up with products to buy. I did turn down the makeup application, much to the artist's confused look, but after an excellent facial it just didn't make any sense to me as to why I would need to have makeup applied. Pros: Excellent Products, Attentive Service, Relaxing Atmosphere Cons: Crowded, Scheduling, Pressure to buy more
