Went here to look at a Toyota Tacoma, advertised online at $13K, which was in the ballpark of the Kelly Blue Book value. The truck was supposedly fresh out of the service departme...

service of my 2008 Escalade EXT 3/7/2014

everything was great with the service and interaction with the service team. my only issue was that the courtesy ride was not available at 8am as promised. But, the service dept was able to get someone else to shuttle me to my office so I could make my 8:30 meeting. more

They did a great job. I highly recommend them. They spent what I felt like was a long time answering my many questions and in some cases walking me to my car with a mechanic to show me answers to my questions on my car itself. They were honest about what services I needed- after looking over my car, they let me know I did not need one of the services I originally was scheduled for as part of regular maintenance and they deducted that cost from my final total. I appreciated their thoroughness, honesty, and great customer service. more

Logan 2/24/2014

Described the issue with my Impala to Logan at 7:45am he told me to drive it right in that morning. I dropped it off and was driven back to my place of business within 3 minutes of arriving! Impressive. My car was diagnosed, repaired, washed & ready for me at 2:30pm that same day. more

I had a great experience with this shop! I pretty much knew what i wanted by the time we got to the buying part, and the experiece was smooth and totally successful.\r I have also had service work done there, to my total satisfaction.\r Be specific in what yu want, what your expectations are, and they will meet your needs.\r My whole family drives General Motors cars, and we trade at Lithia of Bellevue. I'm talkingabout 3 generations worth.........we wouldn't go any where else. more

Has the customer service of a Mercedes store, but with Chevy prices...I'll take that! Dropped in unexpectly for an oil change on one of their busiest days. I had expected to wait a couple hours because of how booked they were, but had my car serviced and back to me within an hour. more

My husband and I just purchased a new 2012 CTS Coupe from this dealership. We searched for a year for a new car for me and Cadillac had everything we wanted. \r From the moment I drove in they were amazing, our sales guy, Art Sloan was one of the nicest, most interesting, and kind person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. \r He was not pushy, he was fun to work with and I loved seeing him get excited when we would test drive a car. \r He even showed me options I had not even thought about, like the coupe vs. the sedan. \r The financing was easy and quick and painless. \r I will def. recommend this dealership to everyone I know. \r I love my new car and I love the people I worked with at this dealership. \r Thanks guys!
