*FOOD: Food was OK at best. General Joe's Chicken was good. U fortunately, the Orange Chicken seemed to be some General Joe's Chicken, with a bunch of orange peel thrown in. Not horrible, but the only orange flavor was in the peels. Fried rice was a disappointment--no meat or veggies or egg, just rice.
*SERVICE: The language barrier resemble the Great Wall of China. I ordered two dinners: the #27(General Joe's) and the #29 (Orange Chicken), read from the back page of the menu. I was asked in broken engrish if I wanted ""regular"", and I said yes, as I was under the impression that my choices were Regular or White Meat, for $1.00 more. I called back after the delivery, to ask why I didn't receive the egg rolls and cream puffs that come with the dinners, and was told that I ordered a regular order, not a dinner. And on top of that, the woman I spoke to when I called back actually claimed that SHE had taken my order and had repeated it back to me. This was a lie, since I distinctly remember that the woman taking my order had a very thick accent, and could hardly pronounce the letter ""R"". After arguing over who took my order, the woman talked to the other woman, but still flat out told me that I had ordered the wrong thing. No apologies, no attempt to rectify the situation. She stated once more that I had ordered the wrong thing, at which point I said, ""O.K....."" and she said, ""Thank you"" and hung up. I'll make a meal out of raw coffee beans before I order from Chang's again.
