We've always used Champions Collision Center because they're very reliable. They always give my car back on the expected date that I was told I would. I'm very happy to have found an autoshop that keeps their word. They keep me informed if the parts for my car haven't come in yet so I really appreciate their top notch communication skills. They replaced my back bumper with expert care and for a great price. Vanessa and Shawna are really courteous and knowledgeable. I've taken all my cars to Champions Collision Center. I know the owner personally, and they do really good work. I'm very satisfied with the work they have done for me. They are very professional. All I have to do is drop the car off. They call me when it's ready, and I go pick it up. They do the work pretty quickly. They just have to wait on the parts sometimes, but then they do the work right away. I trust them. more

I've had two cars totally painted at Champions Collision Center. They did an exquisite job on both of them. The work was outstanding and done at a reasonable price. Both cars were in very minor wrecks that did extensive damage on one side of each car. They were able to repaint those two cars entirely for really what it cost to repair the damage. So it was a no-brainer for me going with them. They take the time they do it right. I've had no complaints. This is my second car I've gotten entirely repainted and I've also gotten them to do door dings on my third car. They've become almost a member of my family. I know them real well; I know what to expect out of them and they always exceed even that. Their representative, Vanessa, takes care of me. She follows up and sends me photos during the restoration along the way. So you're kept informed and can see at what stage they are. She's been very responsive. Under the circumstances, she's made it a good experience. I have some very minor dings on my wife's car--parking lot dings. I look forward to sending that in and getting that done. more

The worst bodyshop. They work for insurance company not for costumer. They will try to set up as many claims as possible for the scratches on the same location. We are always eager to make any repairs necessary to a vehicle, since that is our business. We can only make repairs that we will be compensated, upon completion, either by the vehicle owner or another party. Had a ugly 'fender bender' on my Ford Taurus. Didn't have many options from my insurance (even though I know now I can go where I want to) but decided to use this shop for convenience of location. Was a little worried as after I dropped car off I saw a few bad reviews on another site. Those must be just some old POed employees or some people who just aren't ever satisfied with anything. Well these guys are worthy of a 5 star rating! They got the car fixed, got it done right, and got it done right on time. Actually completed the project half a day earlier. I hope I don't have to ever take my car to a body repair facility ever again, but if I do (knock on wood) I will bring it back to these guys. They worked with my insurance company, all I had to do was sit back and let them do what they do best. I had a car at Champions Collision Center about 5 years ago. The other car I've had in there had a lot of damage to it. I had been hit in a parking lot. You can check on the progress on the car on the Internet. You don't have to call in. Everything turned out perfect. They are a preferred shop by State Farm so you don't have to deal with paperwork, you can just take it there and they do it. That's a good thing. The people that work there I'd rate as a 5, too. It's a first-class place. more

I was not happy with how things turned out. My first experience with Champions Collision Center was after I was in an accident and they did a paint job for my car. The paint job was good but they didn't clean up and the inside of my car was covered in dust. As far as the paint job was concerned, they did a really good job and did it very quickly. I took my wife's car to get repainted there because it was an old car. Again, they did a really good job with the paint job, but they damaged the seal around the windshield of the car. We let them know about it and they said they would have it repaired, but it took almost 3 weeks before we were able to get an appointment to get the work done on the car. During the 3 week period I noticed that the light bulb above the license plate was broken. They knew they shouldn't have done that so they repaired it right away. They also took care of fixing where they got glue on other seals, like the sun roof. When it finally came to repairing the windshield, they said they can't because it was going to damage the windshield. But it's their problem, they damaged it, so it should be their cost. My wife wasted hours waiting for them. I'm not happy with the overall experience. They did a good paint job, but they didn't address the details, especially the damaged seal around the windshield. I dealt with a nice lady who was very pleasant to talk to, but the problem was that the ball was being dropped a number of times and they weren't dealing with this problem. It shouldn't have taken as long as it did. It was a disappointing experience. more

I have used them several times and never been disappointed. They've always taken care of our problems. They're honest and they've got a friendly staff. I have to drive quite a ways to go to them but I always do. My family does the same. more

From the moment I called from the scene of the accident, I was made to feel important. The wrecker arrived when they said he would, they worked with the rental car company and had me in and out in no time. They explained everything to me completely. Vanessa always called me when she said she would & communicated with me and both insurance companies. Very nice clean facility, with smiles and greetings when I came in.
