These stupid people charge you $26 dollors for getting copies of already paid x-ray prints. Can you beleive these People ??. They gave my wife $1200 estimate for two fillings where as we paid only $300 at Klein Family dental on Daiary Ashford... Please do not step into this dirty office and don't waste your money.. more

Floors and equipment all old and unclean looking. Was told by female ""dentist' I had cavities but had to ask to see my X-rays. No cavities found. 2. Overcharged on exam fee and X-rays. 3. Female dentist from hell. Didn't bother to put liquid anesthetic on gums before plunging the needle in and TWISTING it in my jaw! I have had my teeth filled on many occasions, but never without first deadening the sites before the shots! Barbaric. 4.She didn't bother to match the bonding material to the color of my tooth. I watched as she took the first color found, a bright white, and without hesitation this foreign ""dentist"" used it. It stands out totally unmatched. 5. I was told I could get $5,000. in financing to do the work. Called to verify and it dropped to $1,000 before any checks or outside calls made. Clerk insisted on having my SS# though I was told it was not necessary as they have their own financing. Still the clerk insisted on my SS#, and said she wouldn't use it (how ridiculous), and then came back with $500. after making a call. I had thousands of dollars worth of work! This company never intended to finance the work. It was a bait and switch. 6. More than all of that, it was the way I was treated disrespectfully by the female ""dentist."" She liked jerking you around mentally by asking the same question at least 10 times (not exaggerating) and watching you respond. It was manipulation and a diversion from the fact that she wouldn't give straight information, nor truthful information about my X-rays. I verified that the second time I came and asked to see my X-rays. I was just another prospect. In short, all around nightmare! This is a shame and a sham outfit at 12,520 Westheimer, Hou. TX. DON'T GO THERE! more

Read the reviews for this, and other locations. There are tons of reviews that are very similar to our experience in all the cities that Castle operates in. My girlfriend tried to make an appointment to have a yearly cleaning. They checked her insurance, and told her that since it had been more than six months, (insurance pays for an annual visit, not twice a year), that she'd need a deep cleaning, AND a regular cleaning. They told her that they could not do the regular cleaning without first doing the deep cleaning. Of course her insurance company isn't going to pay for two cleanings, so they explained she'd need to pay for the 'deep cleaning' herself, to the tune of $500, then they'd schedule her for the regular cleaning in the next few weeks which they'd bill her insurance for. Can you say scam? Pass on these guys. Do a little digging and research and you'll easily be able to find someone more reputable. Cons: Asshats like these are why health insurance is such a mess more

I went to Castle Dental after moving to Houston without knowing anything about them. Never having a cavity in my life, I was shocked when they told me I had 5! My teeth didn't hurt at all and nothing seemed well. I didn't feel comfortable getting the fillings they said I needed done by them, so I decided to find another dentist. When I went today to a better dentist I found they told me I had NO cavities! ZERO!! It seems to me that Castle Dental is only after money. the duration of the exam was less than 5 mins and no detailed description of results, only a detailed description of how much the cost of additional work would be. Other dentists I have been to tell you exactly what is good or bad and explain the results of an exam. This place only has time for collecting funds. The staff at this location have always been unprofessional. The wait time is crazy. It's usually only one dentist working in the office at a time, going from patient to patient. Which I wouldn't have a problem with if they would space out the appointments. They are not always open when they say they are. They don't like to admit when they have done something wrong. I've traveled several miles for an appointment one day, only to find the office was closed. They were in fact open, they just didn't want to see any patients that day yet they scheduled them. They don't know how to schedule follow up appointments and they don't call about things they should be calling on. So after you pay your money for a major procedure, you can bet they will not follow through on what you paid for because they already received their money. They have several unanswered complaints if you look at their online profile. I've asked to speak to a different manager however the manager is never available and there is no corporate office. You would do better off letting an 8 year old fix your teeth. Pros: There are several locations Cons: wait time, unprofessional staff, lack of knowledge more
