Wow! Seriously, Wow! I just ate the best Pollo Senora in the world. \r

I have been eating at this location from time to time for over 8 years. I usually get some sort of combo plate - taco, rice and beans...enchillada, rice and beans...you get the picture, but this time I had 2 hours to kill so I had the Pollo Senora (which actually says you need to wait 20-30 minutes for the preparation of the special seasonings). \r

Once Pollo Senora arrived, the amazing aroma of the generously seasoned chicken filled the room. I have to tell you, the chicken was cooked perfectly, the skin was crisp, and the special sauce was dripping off the outside of the chicken. I enjoyed the chicken so much that I forgot to use the tortillas it came with. \r

As a bonus, once you finish the chicken, try mixing your rice, beans and the rest of the sauce into a dip for the chips. If I sold this mix in stores I could make some serious money. \r
