When making my first appt with Longhorn dental, I wrote down everything the receptionist said. She told me they were located in the Chasewood complex, in the same building as the bank. When I showed up to that building right on time for my appt, I found they were in fact in a different building, so I was 7 minutes late. During my appt, the receptionist scolded me for not coming 15 minutes before my appt, since I'm a new patient. When I told her I wasn't informed of that policy, she insisted that she ""always"" tells new patients to show up early. SHE DIDN'T BELIEVE ME. After she left, the dental hygienist began to also lecture me about not showing up 15 minutes early, even though she'd been there for the first conversation. After the dentist finally came to briefly look at my teeth, she took off and I was left there not knowing what to do. Was I done? Eventually I got up and looked for the dental hygienist, who was annoyed that I'd gotten out of my chair. The receptionist told me (when she was chewing me out) that I needed to make a separate appointment, since I was ""late,"" but I never went back. I switched to a much nicer dentist and I'm a lot happier.
Cons: rude staff, lack of respect for patients
