We had the Carpet Medic come out and clean our carpet in our rental home and he left the carpet so wet that my husband slipped and just about broke his neck. Not only was the floor left so wet that it was a danger but the carpet was so left so smelly and dirty that we had to clean it over again ourselves. He charged us the same as Stanley Steamer and left our carpet in very bad shape. The carpet was not clean and stains still on the floor. We cleaned it with a home carpet cleaner and got the stains out. We called him and e-mailed him and he refused to work this out. He just said ""sorry to hear about it"" I requested a refund and he said ""too bad"". Think twice before you call this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He charged us $200.00 for a very poor job that cost us more time and money. Beware of this compny!
He refused to respond to my e-mail request was bold enough to cash my check after my complaint to him.
