I will never ever buy from carpet giant again should have went with my instincts and stayed with jacks carpet next time for sure plus they will finish the other job yaull won't get. now charge people more than quoted over the phone next time ill get it in writing for sure. more

Every step of the process was pleasant. Renee took care of me, answering all my questions and directing me toward the carpet choices that were most feasible for my situation. I was updating rental property I own and did not want to spend a fortune on flooring. Theresa called to schedule a convenient time to measure and was quick about it and accurate. I changed my mind about carpet color (I'm female...it happens) and made another quick trip to the store and everyone in the office was seemingly happy to help me choose a different carpet to match paint chips....despite the fact, their time was taken up and none of them benefitted with commissions. Everyone was helpful and 100% professional. The gentlemen installing the carpet in 5 rooms, closets and hallways were on time, polite, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. I was referred to Carpet Giant by a friend in the building industry and he did not lead me astray! I will return again when I need flooring as well as spread the word. Carpet Giant made what could have been a stressful experience, an easy, painless one! more

I am amazed that Carpet Giant was has won the BBB each year after the experience we had. My husband and I shopped all around town for carpet and decided to go with Carpet Giant due to their reputation and history in the city. We were confirmed for a Saturday delivery and no one showed up. We called to find out where they were and they said they didn't have us on a schedule even though we called them to confirm delivery 2 days prior. A “manager” said someone would call us back to straighten the issue out, no one ever called. We tore of house apart getting ready for nothing. No one answered our calls after several messages. The next day 3 guys showed up , but didn't bring enough pad or carpet. They said they would come back the next day , but never did. We are still waiting for our carpet and every “manager” there always says they will have to call us back….no one ever does. Plus they left our house a mess. Dust and dirt are everywhere as well as several of their tools. You will need a maid service after your carpet is installed. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! more

Please be aware - they give you a good price, but they claim you need more carpet than what you actually need. They charged me for 170 extra square feet of carpet and took over 2 months and many phone calls to get it resolved. Renee (the manager) is a complete idiot that has no customer service skills. They try to screw you every chance they get - after agreeing that a refund was warrented, they only refunded a small portion of the amount. 3 phone calls later, they refunded the full amount. Be careful doing any business with them! more

I had carpet and tile installed by Carpet Giant. The sales guy was very nice and accommodating before I made the purchase, but after the install was scheduled, I never heard from him again. I guess he already had what he needed (my $$$$), so he had no reason to talk to me anymore. The tile install took two and half times as long as the estimated time they gave me. And although they charged extra to float (level) the floor, the tile is still uneven in certain places. And the double loop carpet I had installed is already unraveling, even though I haven't even had it a year yet. more

I got the greatest deal on carpet for my bedroom and living room. It was the most luxurious carpet, installed by professionals, and very affordable. They did all this great work at a fraction of the cost that I thought I would be paying. I did comparative shopping, and found this to be the best deal and some of the best quality carpet in town. more
