Courteous and mindful of our property. 5/2/2011

Staff of Elmer and Ramon were friendly and courteous in their presentation. They went right to work. The end result of our off white 20 year old carpet is impressive in how clean it is. I would also recomend them for wool rugs. Which I will do next time. more

We had our family room and master bedroom cleaned by Terry from Carpet Dryclean and they both came out cleaner than expected. I had been told by the last cleaner that we needed to just go ahead and replace the rug in the family room because the stains were too deep to get out. Well, I now have 6 more months at least where i won't have to spend money on new carpeting! more

Miguel Polo's Cleaning Service 4/26/2011

I needed to get my carpet cleaned because I was moving into a new house and Carpet Dryclean was the only one that was able and willing to send someone out to my house on the same day that I called. The person they sent was Miguel Polo. He greeted me courteously and professionally and was very excited about helping me. His dry cleaning process was very convincing and sold me. I love the way my carpet looks and would highly recommend Miguel Polo and Carpet Dryclean to anyone and everyone. more

Excellent service and result 4/22/2011

Carlo did an excellent job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the process for "dry" cleaning vs wet cleaning and the advantages. We had a very good experience with Carpet Dryclean, Inc. We have not had our carpets dry cleaned before and it was nice that we could put the furniture right back in the rooms when they were done, as well as not having to shut our cats up for hours until the carpet dried. The service was excellent. Miguel called before he came, explained what he was going to do, and did a great job cleaning the carpet and some area rugs. We would recommend this service. more

This was the first time we ever had our carpets 'dry cleaned.' Service was excellent. Called before they came and called to follow up after the work was done. Sent a two man crew (Elmer and another man) and they were all business. Took enough time to explain what they were going to do an then did it. Rugs look and feel great. We would recomment this service. We especially liked that everything was dry and we could get back into the 'cleaned' area as soon as the crew left. more

Excellent experience. Terry from Carpet Dryclean provided the service exactly as described. Called prior to the appointment, and even was available early, which I appreciated. He explained the detergent and equipment, and how they work. He also explained what to expect for a few trouble spots on my carpet (office chair wheel stains, mostly). He quickly provided an estimate and stuck to it. No add-ons or hidden fees. He moved furniture himself as needed, this is included in the pricing. The carpet is very clean, there's no odor, and no water involved. Highly recommend. I plan on using this company again. more

REALLY Clean Carpets 4/14/2011

I had heard the ad for dry carpet c;leaning on the radio and decided to try it and am so happy I did! Even better service than described on the radio! I had a nasty stain on my carpet from a visiting pet and now it is gone! The house smells amazing, the carpets are so clean, and life goes on uninterrupted. I don't have to wait for the carpets to dry only to have a musty smell linger for days! Plus, they give you the solution to use when they are gone - no more buying spot cleaners for the carpet! Prompt, respectful service with a great outcome - Miguel did a great job. Thank you! more

These folks were fantastic! Our technician Vance was professional, meticulous, courteous, and took the necessary time to do the work extremely well. He very patiently explained the process and was transparent and thorough in providing the price quote for the job. The carpets looked incredible when he left...he even managed to get out some very longstanding stains that I thought would never come up! It was great to have the carpet ready to walk on--no wet carpets--right away! Definitely go with Carpet Dryclean! more

Fantastic Carpet Service! 4/11/2011

I shared with a friend that I was going to have my carpets steam-cleaned, and she told me that I should check out Carpet Dryclean instead. When she told me that the carpets would be dry as soon as they were finished being cleaned, I decided to check it out. What I didn't know was that the process/products used would be completely organic and safe for my kids. The process also removed stuff from the carpets that helps my son who has allergies. The technician who came to the house (Miguel Polo) was professional, thorough, and the carpets were perfect when he left...and it took less than an hour! I highly recommend this company (and Miguel)! Oh, and it was actually CHEAPER than my steam-cleaning quote. more

Ferdie did an excellent and thorough job cleaning our carpeted stairs and our entire second floor, and I am truly pleased with the result! Awesome Job! 4/5/2011

My home has beige carpets that hadn't been cleaned since I moved in four years ago. My grandsons had visited recently and gotten food and play dough on the carpet in the family room. In addition, the carpets in the bedrooms had gotten to the point that they looked dingy. The crew from Carpet Dryclean came promptly after their appointment time (they were delayed by traffic) and did an awesome job of getting the blue and red play dough out of the carpet (along with most of the rest of the stains) and were able to complete the job in less time than I thought possible. They were also very polite and thoughtful in dealing with me. I highly recommend this company. more
