I am so skeptical about finding services to use on the internet because anyone can have a great website. But after speaking with Victor, I felt confident enough to obtain their services. (The last time I used a different company for cleaning my carpets and two young kids came from the company who were probably making minimum wage who did not know how, nor did they care, that my carpet was clean. So I was prepared for the worst and boy was I surprised. Victor himself showed up with three other capable, thorough, hardworking guys and after demonstrating to me the process, they began their work. One room had so many pet stains on it, I thought we would have to replace the carpet! Victor's team cleaned it twice - no extra charge. The carpet now looks as good as when we first had it laid. Terry showed up at our Knighdale home,at the time we agreed upon, calling to update his status. He took the time to explain the product and made a few demo spot cleanings to get our approval. I wish we had this drycleaning done from day one instead of the " steam-cleaners" we always used! No more wet carpets after the job is done! more

Elmer called ahead of time and was able to come early. He is extremely professional and very courteous. He and his co-worker were efficient, thorough and took pride in the job that they completed. Carlo arrived at the stated time and began work shortly thereafter. He did a great job on making our eleven year old carpet look almost new in the heavy traffic areas. Much better than I expected. Carlo is a hard worker and very meticulous. On the heavy traffic areas, he went over those areas multiple times. Since no water is used, the carpet was ready for immediate use. If you need to get your carpet cleaned, contact these guys and ask them to send Carlo. more

I decided to have our carpets cleaned as a surprise for my wife when she returned from a trip. Although this was a last-minute whim, and I live in Chapel Hill, Carpet Dryclean was able to send someone exactly when I needed them -- first thing in the morning on the day after I called. Vance, the cleaner, arrived promptly. He worked efficiently and cheerfully around my two sons (aged 7 and 2), and included them when they showed interest. He moved and replaced the furniture, checked to make sure his work was satisfactory -- and did a terrific job. The dining area and entryways looked particularly grungy before Vance started -- so much so that my wife and I had felt there would be nothing for it but to replace the carpeting later this year. By the time Vance was done, the carpets looked and felt so good that, on my wife's return, she enthused that the carpeting is really quite nice, and replacing it is certainly not necessary! Carpet Dryclean was not the only cleaner I called, and it was not the least expensive. But they were straightforward on the phone, reliable, thorough, and professional in every way. I recommend them highly, and without reservation. more

Carpet DryClean was able to come out within two days of my phone call--that was quick! The technician "Elmer" was polite and attentive to my concerns about old dog stains. After a test-spot, i was happy to have him complete the job. My rugs look great and smell clean! I would definitely call Carpet DryClean again. more

I was so very impressed with the carpets after Carpet Dryclean Inc. were finished! We have not had our carpets cleaned since we moved here 9 years ago! Granted there were several spots caused by our children or pets that only replacing the carpet will take care of but overall the appearance is fresh and new looking carpets. Miguel Polo did a great job cleaning my carpet. Originally the carpet smelled strongly of cat, but once he cleaned it, it didn't have that same smell. A few stains didn't come out, but that was to be expected. Miguel was friendly and outgoing and I would recommend him to anyone looking for cleaner carpets! more
