Nice Selections 3/20/2006

I have purchased a few mirrors with borders from this place and my sister have used them to get one side of her bedroom all mirrored. We have always been satisfied with the quality and neatness of work. The salesman are polite and proficient and help you make selections. You can also get nice shower curtains, and other bath accessories from here more

Great Hometown Feel 9/7/2005

While the prices may be a bit more than you'd get at a superstore, the hometown feel you get from shopping at Carlson's can't be beat. If you need help with paint, they're the people to ask. They know their stuff. They order blinds, do installs, do repairs, order wall coverings, framing, etc. You name it they do it. It's a fun place to look around at all the fun art supplies and papers. I'd definitely recommend a trip to Carlsons. more

Art Supplies 6/20/2005

If you are an art student who is looking for fine art supplies, Carlson's stocks many things you cannot get in more modern stores. This is an older store, located in downtown Wheaton, that specializes to the craftsman, whether framing, painting, or art, it does have the best supplies. I found many mat boards, technical pens, drawing supplies, and portfolio holders here. Also, ask about student discounts. I recommend this before going to a franchise modern art store. This one might even be better. more
