If you are an art student who is looking for fine art supplies, Carlson's stocks many things you cannot get in more modern stores. This is an older store, located in downtown Wheaton, that specializes to the craftsman, whether framing, painting, or art, it does have the best supplies. I found many mat boards, technical pens, drawing supplies, and portfolio holders here. Also, ask about student discounts. I recommend this before going to a franchise modern art store. This one might even be better.
