Went in to replace the loops on a 5 year old leather watch band. Was told that the entire band would have to be replaced since they did not have extra loops. Within 5 days those new loops fell off of the band. Went back to have them repaired or replaced and was told rudely that the sunscreen on my mother's arm damaged the loops. This not make sense since the previous loops lasted 5 years with lotion sunscreen appleid to her arms. Was told to pick up the watch in 30 minutes. I asked if she needed our name and she told us no in a dismissive tone. Went the next day to pick up the watch and to discuss how my mother was treated the previous day. The female sales person did not care or had any concerns on how she treated us. I informed her that she had lost a client and she justed walked away.\r
I should have known it would be bad when the previous day a man was complaining on his service and was given a personal check when the sign states that refunds would result in store credit.\r
Previously had worked several times with the male watch repair employee and he has excellent people skills. Apparently the females need to learn more from him or loose more clients.
Pros: male watch repair owner
Cons: female employees customer treatment
