Lieberman Center for Health and Rehabilitation is a highly respected 240-bed long-term care nursing facility with all private rooms. Lieberman Center for Health and Rehabilitation offers intermediate and skilled nursing care, as well as a Medicare Part A Short-term Rehabilitation Unit and a dementia special care unit, in addition to hospice and respite care.
The interdisciplinary team on each unit includes a social worker, an activity worker, a nurse clinical manager, permanently assigned certified nurses assistants, as well as a clinical dietitian, rehab therapists, as needed, and a physician. Facility service department staff (engineering, housekeeping and laundry) are also permanently assigned to the residential units, furthering continuity of care.
Creative recreational programs are offered daily by activity staff. Additionally, the Creative Arts Therapy Program is overseen by a full-time art therapist and full-time music therapist.
Lieberman Center for Health and Rehabilitation is a kosher facility overseen by the CRC. Residents may enjoy their meals in the dining room on their floor or in the restaurant-style dining room on the first floor.
