We had a few spots in high traffic areas and 1 significant stain from some over zealous plant watering which we'd tried unsuccessfully to remove. it'd been a couple years since we'd had them cleaned. I called DA Burns since we'd used them previousy and felt they did excellent work. I have to say I am AMAZED at the results! The carpets look brand new and feel new as well. I wouldn't call anyone else - these guys are experts in the field and do a great job. more

Waste of money, I wasted my money, after the first week went by all the spots came back on the rugs. Not happy, but will just have to live with it. Will use another company next time. Jamie B more

Some rug and wall-to-wall carpet cleaners charge less, but that's because their results are less impressive- if not downright poor quality. This company doesn't cut corners. They have a long-standing reputation in Seattle as being the best. Those that use them, do so for a lifetime. They don't advertise much, as they're customers are repeat customers and word of mouth referrals. They also do upholstery cleaning and repair rugs. Pros: They don't cut corners. Other than having some minor trouble scheduling an appt with the receptionist--overall had a great experience getting our carpets cleaned. They came for the free consultation, were very friendly, and provided a prompt quote with explanation. On cleaning day, they showed up 10 minutes early (a huge plus) and by the time I came home that day, our carpets were cleaned, as well as nearly dried. The process was quick and easy. A week later they send a Thank You note in the mail, and a week after that sent free stain removal cleaner! Was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service. We have used DA Burns for years and will continue to do so. Their service people are consistently helpful, polite and expert in their jobs. AND, I recently did a comparison pricing between DA Burns and Alpine, and DA Burns was better priced for the same set of rugs/carpets! The best in town for a reasonable price! Pros: Reliable, trustworthy, high-quality work, price. Cons: None. more

Called them to get a quote on services. They said they'd send someone out and they'd be there in 30 minutes. An hour later I called them as he wasnt there. ""Got a late lunch"" was his excuse. Showed up, did an estimate. Was friendly and quick. Said they'd schedule me for the following Friday. The Wednesday before I still hadn't heard so called and left message. Never heard back so called them again. They apologized for not calling me back and scheduled me for that Friday. Guy came and cleaned and did a poor job cleaning the edges of the carpet so called them and they came back. Still not great. Overall they are friendly but their customer services is lacking. D.A. Burns did a fantastic job on the carpets and rugs in our home -- Our rugs had so many marks and spots on them (thanks to the kids and dogs!), I still can't believe how great they all look now. Pros: Great service and people more
