Brookside Dental

I switched from a dentist in Redmond to Brookside Dental a few years ago. I'm so thankful I did. I'm nearly 50 years old and have been going to the dentist regularly since I was in elementary school. My family has been going to Brookside Dental for at least 20 years now and have been happy with them the entire time. I started with Dr. Pauley and then when she retired, moved onto Dr. Brian and my kids all see Dr. Cindy. \r \r They are all wonderful! \r \r They are gentle, easy to schedule with (and occasionally reschedule with as happens with three busy kids and parents), and when a very occasional dental issue outside of the scope of their practice has come up, they have been able to refer us to amazing specialists that were close by and so awesome to work with as well. They also referred a great orthodontist for my kids and worked closely with him throughout the process of braces. \r \r They are wonderful about meeting all of our needs, able to offer more services for cosmetic dentistry that we have not taken advantage of but are also not aggressive on trying to ""sell"" us on all of those extra services either. \r \r I highly recommend this dentist practice and all of the dentists there. I am looking forward to at least another 20 years with them! more

I've been going to Brookside Dental, and Dr Cindy Pauley, for over 15 years now. Before becoming her patient, I refused to see dentists due to bad experiences in the past....really bad. One of my previous dentists was named ""Dr Savage"" and that, besides being his real name, was how he operated :(\r \r Anyway, since seeing Dr Cindy back in 1998 for the first time, she has made sure that my comfort is paramount and that I am able to discuss any concerns or questions with her.\r \r I've had cracked teeth, crowns, fillings, etc. No one really likes to do that stuff, but I know when I go in that my experience will be as good as it can and any pain minimized asap.\r \r She may be busy, but she takes the time to chat with every patient and you don't feel like she is too busy for you...she isn't.\r \r Same for the technicians and staff. Go there and you will see how busy everyone is, but you will also see how they all take the time for you, make you feel like you are the only one they are concerned about, and how they are all pleasant and smile throughout.\r \r Highly recommend Brookside Dental. more

My husband and I have been going to Brookside Dental for several years now and we really can't say enough good things about Dr. Brian Cave and all the staff there. Everyone is always very helpful. They take the time to answer any questions you may have, never making you feel like they're rushing you. Everyone is friendly and a pleasure to see. They're very knowledgeable, whether it's about billing or a procedure you're having done or just general dental questions. The cleanings are great and I leave feeling squeaky clean! We've also had some cavities filled and the work has been excellent. The office is clean and modern, the waiting room even has a play area for kids. We drive here from Seattle even though they're out of network for our insurance because it's worth it. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist. more

See Dr. Pauley for your dental needs. She knows what you need the minute you say ""Ahh""! She is honest, kind, and will educate you through the process. I felt comfortable with her and I love how her staff makes the process like you are in a SPA for a facial. You want your pearly whites white?!--see Dr. Cynthia Pauley! They don't joke when it comes to your smile.. The hygienist is great too.. She makes your teeth feel like a smooth ice rink. I love all the laides there and it's a place to feel good about YOU! more

I first went to see Dr. Cindy when I cracked a tooth on a piece of Almond Roca. I hadn't been to the dentist in 10 years because I'd had such horrible experiences with them as a child. Dr. Cindy spent a great deal of time with me just talking and helped to alleviate my fear of getting my first crown. \r \r Since my first visit, I have been to see her twice a year for the last 21 years. I am a patient of Dr Brian Cave who I think is fantastic. He made me a nite-guard because I was having sore jaw problems. Also, he did three beautiful tooth colored fillings on me and do they look great. Also, I saw his wife, Dr Cindy Pauley on two occasions for fillings and she was really gentle and very good also. I really like them both and their entire group of assistants and hygienists. I have seen both Teresa and Barb for my cleanings and both are really gentle. I have recommended Brookside Dental to several of my friends, because of the great dental work, friendly atmosphere, and the modern technology. more

Not happy with the service that Brookside Dental provides. I came here to do just a cleaning, and it took them 1h to do just half of teeth (my teeth as I have been told by the doctor on my first check up appointment are in perfect condition). It is ridiculous to have 2 different appointments to do the full mouth done - just for the cleaning. We'll definetly find another dentist clinic to finish the job. more

This is a wonderful dentist office. I am an older person and I drive a long way just to get to Dr Pauley. They treat everyone exceptional--the staff treats you like family. They are always looking out for your best interest. I have been coming here for many years and have always enjoyed coming into the office. You are all wonderful and Dr Cindy is the greatest. Roslyn and Claudia and everyone else are the nicest, most competent dentist and staff I have ever experienced. Claudia is a terrific asset to the Brookside practice. It is always a pleasure to come to the office because of her great dimeaner. At Brookside Dental, their front office people, Roslyn and Claudia, are the best at making a good impression - they are always friendly and helpful.
