This establishment is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE...I waited 1hr for my first visit...then I was fitted for a mouth guard my second visit and waited a 1/2 hr...both times I was on time to appointments. They told me that I would receive a call once the mouth guard was completed...a month later I called them and they said it had been in for 2 weeks and no one had called me to pick it up the custom mouth guard I paid $200+ for. THEN...my husband had to have a regular 6 month check up a few days ago. My insurance company faxed them documents that we were BOTH fully covered. The receptionist agreed he could come in same day. He showed up on time and they turned him away at the door...we called the insurance company back and they called Bright Now and they said that Bright Now had apologized for the mix up and that Marcia would call my husband back w/in the next 5 min to set an appointment. She NEVER followed-up w/ him. My husband called in to reset his own appointment. Then the next day I got caugh more

I have been a patient of Dr. Hong's for two years now. I actually came to him because I was not happy with my previous dentist and some work that she did, and what she was recommending as treatment. When I first came to Dr. Hong, I told him nothing of my previous experience with the dentist I left. I wanted to see what he would say regarding my teeth. Since that point on, he has fully gained my trust. He is gentle and patient and explains procedures well. I feel confident that my teeth are in good hands. Not only is he very professional but he is so down to earth as well. more

Bright Now! Dental Center is a very good place to go. They have dentists of different ethnicities, which is very helpful. This makes it easier to converse. All the dentists are very nice! more
