This establishment is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE...I waited 1hr for my first visit...then I was fitted for a mouth guard my second visit and waited a 1/2 hr...both times I was on time to appointments. They told me that I would receive a call once the mouth guard was completed...a month later I called them and they said it had been in for 2 weeks and no one had called me to pick it up the custom mouth guard I paid $200+ for. THEN...my husband had to have a regular 6 month check up a few days ago. My insurance company faxed them documents that we were BOTH fully covered. The receptionist agreed he could come in same day. He showed up on time and they turned him away at the door...we called the insurance company back and they called Bright Now and they said that Bright Now had apologized for the mix up and that Marcia would call my husband back w/in the next 5 min to set an appointment.
