I love the Italian Roast at Boston Coffee. But for the price of the brew, I would really appreciate it if they dispensed it in a decent cup. I work in a professional environment, and I really dislike having coffee drip on me every morning while walking to work. The covers to the coffee cups leak. And since sleaves are usually not available, you have to use the napkin that is provided to keep the cup from burning your hands, positioning it just so to also deal with the leaking cup. Please give us better cups and lids. And provide us with sleaves. The coffee is delicious but you know if they can't make a few changes after being in business for so long, they may at long last lost me to Peet's.
