I will never have enough words to thank Doctor Tammy Born, for her expertise in medical research and resources! She saved my legs and my life with her solution to my metal poisoning, which affected my mental and physical capabilities. I found a doctor that would really listen and not think about surgery!! I was cured of 5 different metal poisonings and she knew the minute we met, how to help me. I am forever in her debt! more

I was first seen as a patient in the 90's. I got help no where else and was hopeless. Other patients told me how they know they would not be alive today without their help. They knew exactly how to help me! By then I had suffered for years. I put in some effort and I learned so much about how to help my body help itself. My father had cancer. He hated doctors. After being a patient, he cannot stop talking about the success he had at Born Clinic and how good he feels. The knowledge the doctors, PAs, and staff have is incredible. To know both traditional medicine and nutritional medicine is priceless! You want to see those who love what they do and love to help people. The clinic is worth any hold time and any doctor appointment wait. I have always been given the reasonable time needed and not rushed. They work hard with you to feel better and age healthfully. more

My husband has been sick for years. Has gone to traditional doctors who have not helped him or just simply given up on him. His new doctor recommended the Born Clinic. We are so glad she did. Testing was done. He is currently being treated for a Yeast overload - he is improving. Additional testing was just completed to see if he has a problem with Heavy Metals. We are so glad he is finally getting help! My only disappointment is that they do not take insurance. Thank You! more

Caring and compassionate. Hour long visit. Thorough testing to figure out what is inflaming the body and causing sickness. Could be bacteria, foods or toxins. They healed my gut and that improved my allergies...most ate completely gone. Sleep improved. Hormones balanced. Lyme in remission. Fibromyalgia symptoms have almost disappeared. I know what foods cause reactions now and stay away from them. I back to work part time. I can't thank them enough more

Rude front desk! Nurse very rude and rushed. Doctors, check out desk & pharmacy great! If it weren't for my treatment working, I wouldn't drive the 140+ miles to be treated poorly. I would give 5 stars but I can't due to the front desk and Nurse. more

I believe the doctors and PA's do great work at the Born Clinic. However, their staff is another thing. The lady in the supplement office has an attitude along with the majority of the nurses. Chris is absolutely horrible. Rude and condescending. I don't know what her problem is or why the Dr. Born keeps her as part of the staff. I would fire her immediately. more

I have gone to functional and naturopathic Drs for 15 years. I've had great discussions, good access to care, up to date testing. I paid $200 to have a PA full out a medical history form I could have done. Then why they wouldn't be my pcp. I have complex Lyme. I called to see if my meds (2, non narcotic) would be a problem. I got here and they are. I got MUCH better treatment out west. This also was supposed to be a free meet and greet, per the website. My insurance is listed, I had to pay. I got nothing for my money. I know great alternative medicine. This ain't it. more

I have been going to the Born Clinic for over a year now. Dr. Coller was awesome, sorry to see him go. I have had the experience of a nurse being less than cooperative and not very pleasant but I won't judge the place on that one person. Reception desk has always been pleasant, never have waited more than 5 or 10 minutes. The gals at the checkout counters are nice and very well informed. My husband has gotten back pain relief that he has been struggling with for a very long time. It is quite a drive but well worth it. more

I am patient at Born and have had excellent care for over an extended period. The staff are excellent and the care on a scale of 1-10 is 10. The doctors and physcian assistant work with you. I have achieved extreme wellness.during my visit as a patient and continue to be exceptionally treated with their well rounded clinic to include lab and their therapy. more

If the office would have different people at the front desk, the pharmacy, and for the nursing staff, this place would be amazing! Most of the workers feel you OWE them something. Very rude. I did encounter one nice nurse--can't remember her name. The rest are absolutely horrible. I saw Dr. Coller--he is good, but can be abrupt at some appointments. For what one pays, you would think they would have better customer service. Still, he did diagnose my problem correctly--something that no other doctor for the past 3 years could figure out. If they would fire the entire support staff, it would be an awesome clinic. more

A lot of patience required before seeing this group of providers. Standard operating procedure is to run 30-60 minutes behind schedule. Nurses in lab find gloves optional. Sorry...I do not. Not in today's world. Just beware, if you ask them to put them on as I did, you will get a very high dose of attitude. Yep..sorry folks, no good customer service skills here. Today, I received a message to call the clinic. No reason given, just to call. I had to wait on hold for about 10 minutes before getting the pleasure (insert sarcasm) of speaking with Chris....who with very little care or interest quickly raddled off supplements that I need to take. She also said I needed to come back in to have blood work redone. No explanation, just moved on to times available for tomorrow. I had to stop her and ask why, what did the results show? Which of the numerous tests needed to be reran etc. Why did I have to ask? Shouldn't that be a part of the courteous explanation that a medical practitioner would offer? Apparently not at Born. As for the supplements that I need to start to take, they are of course not available anywhere but at the Born Clinic. She would let the supplement desk know I was coming. They can keep waiting as I will not be in. I get that these people are doing their job and some of these tasks become routine to them, they are not routine to us. The call should be done with care and concern for those they are suppose to be serving? Did someone forget to give them the memo that there should be compassion involved in health care? I'm not just a number or a dollar added to the profit margin. I am a human being with feelings, concerns and have come to you for help with my health. I should be treated with dignity and respect. Especially when I come to your so called preventative health care clinic. Dr. Born, you need to seriously look at the way your clinic is running. You may be profitable, but you have yet to impress me. It doesn't cost a thing to treat others kindly. Try it! more

Dr. Born is just one of the very best and most talented. It's nice to find a doctor that actually cares. It's just to bad that her staff is so rude on the phone and does not care enough to be considerate or polite when others lives depend them as I have learned from my own loss. more

I can't say enough about how great my experience has been at the Born Clinic. I have been to so many doctors in the past who had no clue what was wrong with me and the Born Clinic figured it out right away! It is amazing how thorough and knowledgable everyone seems to be. I personally see Dr. Petke but I have heard great things about all the doctors. I tell everyone about my experience and have been able to help others who have gone as well. Don't mess around if you aren't getting answers at your regular doctor's office - the staff at the Born Clinic can definitely help you or at least point you in the right direction!! It is great knowing you are face-to-face with somebody who will take time with you and wants to figure out your problem as much as you do! I was in tears and very miserable when I first stepped in and still can't believe how quickly they got me on track to feeling normal again! I am much healthier and very happy! more

I saw Dr. Wang for acupuncture (the only acupuncture practicing Dr. at the clinic) and was so impressed. Having never had it done before, I was a bit skeptical and fearful. He took the time to explain how it works, and showed me charts of the body and told me where he was going to place the needles. There are so many things that acupuncture can help with. I'm a believer now! The clinic also supports holistic and natural healing approaches. There are many more services that they offer that I have not done. I do though, recommend the acupuncture. more
