with everything about Mr. Wenzel's fine dealership. This was my most pleasant ever car maintenance experience. The service was timely and professionally handled. The staff could not have been more sincerely friendly and helpful, especially Nancy and Larry. I highly recommend this dealership and truly appreciate the trustworthy service!

This car dealer has a lot to choose from. The salesman are a little pushy, but not overly pushy. They do work with you to get you into a car. I would recommend them, but i would also check out some other dealers first. They are conviently located and the selection is great. I would recommend looking at other car dealers before choosing a car from here.

Good: My credit was in the dumps do to a divorce and they treated me like a person verses the other dealerships I done business with before looking at me like "Are you serious, what are you expecting us to do?" The service was great even though my credit wasn't.. Bad: not too much to say here. The only things I didn't like were the obstacles I had created for myself. For instance, I put $1000 down-But I got a 12 month warranty. My Payments were $290 a month a little higher than I had planned-But I can lower it as I pay on time and i have the option to trade out early, with no penalties.. Improvements: Can't think of any. They even told me once my credit gets better they would be willing to go out and buy the car that I want and erase the balance of my car if I still owe more on the car than what it is worth.. Other: Just want to say thank you to Ann Street for being there for me when I needed them. I went to the other "Guaranteed" finance places but that's another story (a horror story). it's good to know that good people are out there..

We have purchased a car from here 5 years ago,we had to get special financing as we were just starting out,they made the process easy and let us pick out the car that we wanted.
We have also had our car repaired here too,they do oil changes,break work and anything else that you would need done on your car.
I have went in here and dropped over $1,500 on car repairs and been treated with the utmost respect,and then other times only spent a few hundred and still been treated with respect.
If we get another car or vehicle in the future I know this will be the place we go.
They have a nice waiting area,with toys for kids to play with,really nice bathrooms,coffee machines,snack machines,a tv..they make you feel valued.
They let you know how long to expect to wait and also offer to shuttle you around town so that you dont have to sit in the waiting area if you dont want to.

We bought a van from them and have had nothing but problems. Huge lack of customer service all around. They were horrible when it came to replacing a part covered by our warranty. We had to call Chrysler ourselves and go around with them for a month. It was a part that should have never needed to be replaced on a vehicle with only 33,000 miles. Even the manager would not help. Had more problems recently and took it in to be fixed (what was I thinking?) I had a late pick up and gave them my credit card info over the phone and picked up in the evening. Upon pick up of vehicle we see that we were charged $200.00 more than we were told. Another problem with a warranty covered part. Called the service advisor- on vacation for a week....ahhhhh! Contacting Manager for resolution.

Had a great experience at Courtesy Chrysler Jeep Doge. My salesperson was Chris in used cars. He was personable and he led me to the vehicle that was right for me. The Manager, Duane and the Finance Manager , Paul helped to make sure I was happy as well.
Recommend this dealership!!
