I love Bayou Bliss!!! The teachers are superb and the workshops offer so much for anyone. The owner has a wealth of knowledge in Restorative yoga, Thai massage, Transformative breathing, and more. The Detoxification and healthy cooking classes are out of this world. It's the cutest house in the heart of Montrose with lots of great yoga clothes, mats and local jewelry. The classes are small and intimate and I like that. So if you're looking for a nice space to quiet the mind and enliven your physical practice, try this studio. I have learned so so much from those guys and I highly recommend you visiting them. The name is very fitting as I always leave feeling blissful! So check them out, you will be happy that you did! more

I love my yoga class at Bayou Bliss Yoga! Yoga with Dana has transformed by body. It's like one day I just noticed my legs had strong lean muscle! I've been coming to Bayou Bliss Yoga for about 3 months now. Dana really works with you personally in this small intimate setting to give you just what you need. She knows when to challenge you so you finish class feeling revived and relaxed at the same time. She has developed my core strength and flexibility from the ground up. I can't say enough good things about this class. You really much enjoy this experience yourself. Dana is the best. more

I have been to Bayou Bliss a handful of times, and after being offered a 50%-off coupon for Massage, I felt it was time to get the compassionate care for my body that I know I would experience at Bayou Bliss. I was greeted by both Dana and Amanda, and after filling out a quick form on my needs for the day, I was guided to a peaceful room with Kirtan/Indian music softly playing. After a short connect with Amanda (she is both joyful and serene; a beautiful mixture!), I got ready for the massage. more
