Bay Place-Bay Crest

This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived in Clear Lake. I have even lived in Pasadena, TX and these are by far the most unsanitary and disgusting apartments. Please do not even think or consider moving into these. I have asked nicely for them to exterminate my apartment. Alicia, in the front office, says she turns in the work orders and that is all she can do. I have had this problem for 4 months and I cant even cook or eat in my own kitchen. I have to leave my trash can outside my apartment on my porch, but they still come in. That whole office staff acts like they do not care or they put you on hold. The property grounds are always in dissarray, the people are not upstanding in the least bit, always hear loud music, etc. When I moved in, the AC thermometer was broke, the sliding door to my patio would barely open without you putting your whole body weight into opening the door, the bathroom fan was not working and the closet doors were not connected. I am eventually ending up having to call appropiate authorities to get out of my lease as I am not living like this anymore! Alicia is really nice, but that office staff and supervisors get s nothing done! Pros: It is inexpensive to live here. Cons: poor maintenance, upkeep of property, broken amenities, etc. more

Let me tell you, I have lived here going on 2 1/2 years. I will be so glad when my lease is up in October so I can move out! First of all, they did have a manager named Kelly that was there. Well, she didn't do anything so now they have a new manager named Veronica. She seems like she is about the same as Kelly. We have a HUGE problem with insects!! We have told the managers numerous times about this,and they say there is NOTHING they can do about it! We also have a problem with the water. They also raised the amount on the water. That honestly wasn't a big deal until next thing we know, the water is constantly being cut off! As of right now, I do not have ANY hot water at all! And mind you, they don't even send us a notice saying it will be cut off at all! We just wake up and it's off! So why pay more when we are getting much of NOTHING! My dishwasher is broke, and no one has cared to fix that...nor the door in my son's room...or the rod in my closet! We are looking for another place to live...and I can not wait until that day comes that I am out of these apartments! Pros: it is located around a lot of nice stores and restaurants Cons: horrible place to live more
