Would Buy Again 7/5/2017

Had some minor issues after buying a year old vehicle and they fixed the issue right away at no cost to me getting it back to where it was supposed to be, everyone was very helpful, sales, customer service, and the service desk, only think I have to say is the car detailing when buying a vehicle wasn't the best, washed but was don't fast, inside was little dusty, and just some little things I would have expected the detail crew to get but nothing major!! Over all I liked the dealership more

I recently tried to buy a Ram from them. I did not want to come in and sit there for hours playing the typical sales game. So I contacted them over the internet to work out a basic outline to a deal before I came in. I was pre-qualified for financing. Jeramy refused to give me any numbers at all, just kept saying to come into the dealership. I sold cars for many years a long time ago, the game has not changed. Their chance of closing a deal dramatically increases when they have keys in hand. They try to get people to make an emotional decision, it's just how it's done. I was removing all emotion, it was a business decision. EVERY other dealership I contacted worked a deal, and I bought a 55k+ without issue. Barnett is more interested in controlling a potential customer, than hearing their customer's wants. Their loss. Get rough numbers before going to any dealership so you have an idea of what to expect, it will save you money in the long run. more

Great deal and super easy! 1/26/2017

I was super busy today and was worried that finding my new car would be a ridiculous process. It couldn't have been simpler and I got the exact car I wanted with the least amount of effort I have ever had to put into getting a new car. So easy! Seriously! My process today: 1. Barnett.com-->Clicked chat and told them the exact car I wanted. 2. Phone call to me (within 20 minutes)-->Bryan Barnett calls me and asks me a few basic questions. 3. Phone call to me (15 minutes later)-->I've located the exact car you would like and can have it here as soon as tomorrow! We agree on terms. 4. I go to Barnett.com and get pre-qualified (only had to fill out two minutes worth of information). 5. Shelby calls me back (within 15 minutes)--> Reviews details and tells me to come in and finish up the paperwork tomorrow and drive home my new car! Excellent Job. I have never had buying a car be so easy and I got the exact car I wanted with a great price! more

Good service, good people 8/4/2011

I just bought a 2011 Dodge Ram and love it. I had done previous research and had narrowed it down to three different vehicles. I had several associates help me with the truck as it was not located on the lot. The sales managers were very approachable and easy to work with. There was no hassling or haggling and the price was fair. I actually got a better rate from Barnett than from my own Credit Union. Sarah, Tim, and Todd were the key players and I recommend them first a new vehicle purchase. They were friendly and knowledgable. more

I just bought a new 2011 Sorento and love it. The staff were helpful and even stayed after business closed to wrap up my purchase. Some great features are rear assist and bluetooth. more

Good: I like the smaller - family run business. I think they worked hard to get me into the car i was looking for.. Bad: Waiting. it was a busy Saturday on Memorial Day weekend, and they had trouble communicating with another dealer to get my car.. Improvements: Just the ususal - keep trying to refine your processes to make it the best experience youo can.. Other: This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Barnett in the last 1 1/2 years, so yeah, I guess we would recommend them. Every negotiation has it's ups and downs. You have to be willing to walk if it doesn't fit. That said, I think we came to an agreement that fit us both. Yes there were some hic-ups along the way, but they like any business are there to make a profit, they are not evil. Thank you again the the Barnett family members who helped us aling the way.. more

"Just bought a Soul on Memorial Day" 6/2/2011

My first time buying a new car and I went into it after doing my homework but tenative to the reputation of a "car salesman". I was impressed with this dealership in the way they handled my sale. They did not hound me or pressure me constantly...if at all. I went into it with certain expectations on my monthly payment and they were able to work with me and my finances to get me close enough to that number to be comfortable. All in all it was a good experience...now I just bought the car 3 days ago so I have yet to be able to judge them on any follow ups or maintenance experiences. more

Love the Kia Soul 5/26/2011

We have purchased two vehicles now from Barnett. We have had excellent sales service on both occassions. Karen Reeves was great to work with and was not high pressure. That is what brought us back the 2nd time. In 2010, we purchased a used Durango that had to go back for service several times. I was not happy about the number of trips into the shop, but after speaking with the manager, I was satisfied with the service and the repairs were eventually all completed. This year we went back and bought a 2011 Kia Soul. The sales experience was great and so far we love the car! more

I Recommend This Dealer 4/25/2011

We reviewed the product on-line. Barnett Kia was the only local dealer that maintained contact. When we arrived, our sales person came right away. He was friendly, saw we had done our research and made sure the process was calm and low pressure. We did decide on a different color than what we had expected, and within a few minutes he had the Sportage that we finally bought. This was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. Much better than the other three times at other dealerships. more
