Balcos insurance is a good insurance agency. They take their business very seriously, and it shows in the quality of their work. They have some of the best business insurance agents I have ever worked with. They saved me money, worked quickly and in an easy-going manner, and were very pleasant to do business with. I was so happy when they told me they were going to be able to save me over $350 a year. They're so good to me. I figured I would have to lower my insurance limits or raise my deductibles or something to be able to cut my costs. Since I just had my hours reduced (I hope this economy recovers soon), I needed to shave a little off the top. But as it turns out, all I had to do was call these guys. I joined the Washington Restaurant Association and got hooked up with Balcos Insurance through their member services. I was SO glad I did! They ended up saving me a TON of money, and increased the amount of money I was covered for on the policies. I didn't think it was possible to get such good quality coverage at that price. With the offer of such a good deal, I decided to get quotes on the rest of my insurances, and ended up switching my home and auto insurance over to them, too. I had a whole series of questions come up about my insurance that I needed answers to right away. I called my agent, but she was on vacation. My questions were answered by another agent quickly and they really knew their stuff. One question led to another, though, and I ended up having to call back three or four times with new questions that struck me later. Every time I called, I got someone who was very helpful and got the answer I needed fast! I was so impressed by the great teamwork and incredible service that I ended up telling all my friends about them. more

If they all had Tina, their agencies would run smooth as butter. I can't believe how easy she made insurance for me. I'm not really the insurance type... it's just too technical for me to want to care about, even though I know it's important. It's flaky, I know, but it's true. I've always been that way. I found their website and called in for a quote. They gave me Tina. And I'm stoked they did. She was awesome, and explained things in a way I could understand (which is a feat in and of itself). The agents at Balcos Insurance are great! I'd been with them for a little while on the recommendation of a friend, and after a year, they sent me a letter asking me to call them. Something about an annual review... I did, and it turned out that they were able to INCREASE my coverages and LOWER my premium. They saved me almost $800 per year!!! I couldn't believe it. It could have been really, really bad. Had Julie Johnson at Balcos not insisted that I add on additional coverage that she saw was necessary, I could have lost a lot more than I did. She pushed for me to add insurance on backup of drainage and sewer systems - I thought it was unneccessary... But because she talked me through it, and explained everything fully to me, reluctantly I did. And it's a dang good thing. I came back from vacation to a home that had practically blown away in the storm. A forest had practically blown through my windows and walls, and a lake of drainwater and sewage had collected in my living room. I was horrified. But she took such great care of me and made sure that not only was I covered for the damage, but that I was comfortable while all the ""details"" were being addressed. THANK YOU Julie at Balcos for being awesome and saving me from myself!!! If only I had a guardian angel like that for all my decisions in life! Balcos is so good to me! I have always had a good experience any time I've gone in or called them. They are prompt, their answers make sense (even to an insurance ignoramus like me), and they have always been nicer than nice can be! A while back I had problems with theft at my business, and they took such good care of me - rather than feeling like I was being persecuted or did something wrong, my agent took care of me.
