Pros:
The membership is very inexpensive. And they do not have many members, possibly due the reasons listed below. It is never crowded and the parking is abundant. If you are not interested in group exercise classes, but only in a treadmill and other cardio and muscle work equipment definitely go for it.
Cons. Aerobics studio is in former parking garage. No A/C. The roof-supporting poles are in the middle of the room. Too crowded for more that 10 people.
Classes are being canceled constantly, without a warning. Staff is unaware of the cancellations: members eventually figure it out when instructor does not show up. Stereo breaks, mike batteries are always out, weights and Reebok steps are old.
Ironically, the schedule is perfect. Many late classes are available. Yoga classes are inadequate. Frankly, I believe that the instructor is unqualified and is simply wasting peoples time.
