Finally Found A Stylist 12/3/2010

My appointment with Marissa was just what I was hoping for. She took the time to have a consultation with me and she really helped me decide it was time for a change. When I left I was so happy with the results, she modernized my look and I recommended her to my friend who is also a happy new client. more

Love, Love this place... 11/29/2010

I have been going to Alexander's for several years now... and Marissa is the absolute BEST. I spend most of my time in Brevard County and choose to make this drive for excellent salon quality and service. From the way you are treated as soon as you walk thru the door and during makes your appt a worthwhile experience. You are greeted and asked if you would like something to drink, you speak with your stylist (and did I say Marissa is the BOMB-!) and the hair wash is like no other... scalp massages are so relaxing. I feel you receive upscale treatment at good prices. All stylists are very talented and everyone takes their time with you. As the title says... Love, Love this place... check it out. ... more

Best Haircut in Years 11/24/2010

This was my first visit and I got the best salon experience I have ever had. I was warmly greeted at the door and then taken to a chair within a few moments and brought a cup of tea. Then my stylist spent a good 15 min talking and listening about what I wanted. She gave me some suggestions and also listened to what I wanted as well. My hair washing included a fantastic scalp massage too. I have blond straight hair and it shows every mistake. The cut was a week ago and it is flawless, I can't find any errors. Hands down the best hair cut I have had in years. more

Cut a 9 Service a 5 11/13/2010

Debbie gave me a great style and cut. the service of her salon was poor in how it handled me as a new customer. I was not told any prices when I made the appointment. Strange that my styling just happened to be the most expensive on Debbie's list. more

Orlando's Best... 11/6/2010

My curly headed wife of 20 years (anniversary haircuts) and I found this wonderful little gem of a hair salon on City Search...and could not be happier with the day!!! Debbie did wonders for my wife's curls, and Jessie took my shaggy look and turned it into a masterpiece...well as good as it could considering what she had to work with...LOL...it truly was a wonderful experience, and was even given a relaxing hand massage by Miss Savannah...all of the staff was incredibly warm and friendly, and they truly made our 20th our best one yet!!! And as my wife said...""We are both fun loving people and indeedy do...we had fun!"" We will be back!!! more

Alexander Hairdressing 11/5/2010

My husband found Alexander's online after getting fed up with my complaining about my messed up haircuts. We both scheduled appointments together on our anniversary today and we were not disappointed! Jessie transformed my scrappy looking husband into a Rock Star! Debbie performed miracles with my unruly curls and seemed to read my mind about what sort of cut i wanted. We both felt welcomed and appreciated by the entire staff. We are both fun loving people and we had fun! more

Spectacular 11/4/2010

A very unique place, lots of very talented staff everywhere, great environment which is very sociable and appealing. Been here maybe 4 or 5 times already, got Debbie the first time I went, been going to her ever since. She has done a picture perfect job each time and I can put all my trust in her when it comes to my hair. I am completely satisfied after each visit. Definitely recommend checkin' it out for anyone looking for a good time in addition to a great hair treatment. more

I was in good hands 10/26/2010

I went to Alexanders because my friend recommended Marissa as a stylist who would take her time during our initial consultation and I was not disappointed. Sadly, I had come to her on a rescue mission from my previous haircut and she was very interested in helping me get my hair back on track. I felt I was in good hands and she gave me a nice cut while I grow the rest out. The whole experience at the salon was really nice. The shampoo/neck massage was relaxing and they even offered me a hot pack to keep my hands warm under the cape during my cut. I also got a free keratin treatment as a bonus for booking that week and that was a nice plus. The staff was very professional and welcoming and I'm looking forward to going back. more

Excellent salon 10/19/2010

I found this salon by using City Search and I was not disappointed. I walked in and with awful hair and walked out with a new cut and color. Jessie at Alexander Hairdressing even made a follow up call to see if I was satisfied. I have received so many compliments. What a wonderful experience, i've even pre-booked my appointments with Jessie up until next July that's how happy I am with my hair and the Alexander Hairdressing. I would heartily recommend this salon more

Marissa is not only a skilled stylist, but a talented professional. The time she spends consulting with me regarding what I would like my hair to look like plus the appropriate cut, color, and style for my hair type equal AMAZING RESULTS! Fantastic Hair 10/19/2010

Angie at Alexander Hairdressing absolutely lives up to reputation. My hair has never looked better and to finish the look Angie tinted and shaped my eye lashes and eyebrows. I have fine hair and have struggled for many years to find a hair style that gave body and shape to my hair. I now have a fashionable hair style that looks good all day. The color is fabulous and it lasts. more

Would never use anyone in Orlando but Debbie 10/14/2010

I'm very, very picky about my thick, long, curly, frizzy, crazy head of hair. I came to Alexander Hairdressing on recommendation from a conversation I had with Debbie at a party. Debbie always listens to me about what works for my head of hair (years of dealing with this craziness has given me lots of rules!!) and she makes good suggestions about how to make my life easier and my look prettier. I trust her implicitly and she is endlessly patient with the time and effort it takes to color, cut and style my hair. more

I have been wearing my hair short for nearly 20 years now and for years I have always felt that I never have walked out of a salon with a ""style"". I visited many salons on line and read many reviews and decided to go with Alexander Hairdressing. The girl on the phone was extremely pleasant and when I told her of my past experiences, she gave me an option of $$ I wanted to spend and decided to go with Angie! Angie was not only super personable, the cut she gave me was fabulous!!! Angie was very pleasant, friendly, we clicked right away! more

Do you like being complimented??? 10/5/2010

Let's be honest with one another. Everyone likes a compliment every now and then and it is definitely nice to know that the money you spend on your hair was money well spent! I have been going to Alexander Hairdressing to get my hair colored for the past 5 years and I have never received so many compliments on my hair ever! I am constantly asked who colors my hair? I am often well overdue for a color because I am a full time mom and employee and people are still complimenting me? I tell them I am so overdue for a color but my colorist is great - she does such a good job that the re-growth still gets compliments! If you are looking for one of the best colorist in the city and enjoy receiving a compliment then you must go to Alexander Hairdressing and see Jessie! more

Best Coloring & Stylist 10/5/2010

I was unsure of what to do with my hair color. Being light ash blond for well over ten years made it difficult for me to make even the slightest alteration. Changing my hair color was very scary to me...as if it would change my identity! However, with fall beginning and wanting something more realistic, being that my natural hair is brown, I was introduced to Debbie Sheehan at a business party / function and she totally altered my perception of hair color forever. She carefully analyzed my skin tone and eye color... bringing life to my face! (Something that is very difficult when going darker.) I highly, highly recommend her to anyone. She could not have been more precise or fabulous! more

Awesome Haircut 9/25/2010

I had the best haircut I've ever had by Jennie. I was amazed that she used scissors to cut my entire hair. Most other stylists I have gone to, even in high end salons still use clippers around the edges. She was able to skillfully cut my hair using only a comb and scissors. I was impressed and will definitely be going back. more

Great stylist, great enviroment 9/14/2010

This place is first class all the way. You notice the difference when you walk in the door and they call you by name and offer you a beverage. I work with Angie and she always has great advice and is able to guide me to some great options. I always walk out feeling great. I recommend this to anyone that wants a great style and a better experience. more

Debbie is AMAZING!!! 9/14/2010

I have been going to see Debbie for many years now. I hate to give up my best kept secret, but she deserves the recognition! Debbie is AMAZING. I have curly, coarse hair that I have always struggled with. I have never been able to find someone that could cut my hair the way I wanted let along make it look good!! My hair is extremely difficult. Debbie is like a magician. My Mom (who loves her as well) has the same hair troubles and she is able to straighten our hair and give us a cut that most people would die for- straight or culry hair) I am so loyal that last time I moved I swear I didnt get my haircut for over a year...I literally was about to book a flight to Orlando and luckily I ended up moving back home. PHEW! If you can get an appt with Debbie - whether your hair is curly and difficult or straight and easy- MAKE IT. Anyone that I have ever recommened to her is a lifer as well. Just don't steal my appts:) more
