My wife bought a couple accessories from this place. I tried to talk her out of it as soon as hearing the sales woman's abrupt voice saying, ""Every sale is final = No return, No exchange!!!""
My wife liked their design, so she bought them anyway.
Within one minute, one of them broke. Fortunately, the sales woman was able to fix it for her.
As soon as I got home, I read reviews about this place. There were a couple negative reviews about the fact that their products don't last very long. I agree. Not only they looked weak but also they actually WERE.
My conclusion: They don't offer refund or exchange because they're not confident about their products! And I cannot forgive any retailer like this!! Stay away from these guys!!!
