i had a great experience with Albert Lee. It started with great help from Dan. He took the time to go over all of my questions and was very good at translating those answers into appropriate options for my washer and dryer needs. i was very please with his service. They were top notch. The delivery guys were also on time, courteous, hard working and also very professional. Then Dan followed up via email to see if all went well and to be sure i was satisfied to date. That was much appreciated. All said I am 100% satisfied with my experience with Dan and Albert Lee.\r more

Wonderful customer service from both reps on the floor. Sorry I don't have their names. One sits right when you walk in the door and also helped us with our washing machine purchase. The other is tall, slim and mid-to late 20s with dark brown hair who sat closer to the kid's play kitchen. Anyway, they were both SO helpful. Well, quite frankly. Had I not gone to Albert Lee I would have purchased the wrong stove. Mark, my sales associate was instrumental in me making the correct choice when it came to my kitchen. I am very grateful for the help I received. more

It's a bit of a sting that my old stove went kaput but always a pleasure to come into Albert Lee, find a very helpful sales staff and walk out of there with just the product that i needed. Shane was very helpful with the information and I appreciated how he gave me information about all options in the price range that i was interested in. \r \r The delivery guys were excellent too. I live upstairs so they had to carry the stove up a flight of stairs. they managed it all very well.\r more

Dan was very good a presenting me with the different models of washers and dryers available for my needs and price range. I went from an Asko washer and dryer to a Bosch washer and dryer. The Bosch units outperforms the 12 year old Asko units. I am very pleased.\r \r The installation was on time, quick, clean, and done very professionally.The two installers had excellent ability to interact favorable with me.\r more

Shane went above and beyond the call of duty. He also helped to sell me a garbage disposal and a cord to go with it so I could package everything together. Shane's great with sending a Sales Order Confirmation in PDF format and also included rebate information. I will recommend any of my friends or colleagues to reach out to him for their appliance needs. He's great. I purchased a Samsung washer & dryer from Albert Lee October 8th 2012. The first delivery came out and had some damage on the corner, they promptly exchange the unit the next day. After a couple of cycles the unit had a severe vibration. I contacted Holly in customer service after a couple of questions wanted to come back out and have the unit and installation inspected. I was put in contact with Kirk Fisher who set a time to come out right away. After working in Seattle all day he came all the way out to Camano Island. He and his son who was previously employed with Albert Lee worked on the machine for over an hour checking the operation in multiple modes. They found that the floor had some soft spots in it. The level of commitment to ensuring I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I cant say enough about this company they have secured me as a customer for life.\r more

We have always purchased our appliances from Albert Lee, mainly because of the way these folks opeate. If I stop by to look at something or talk to a sales associate about an appliance, I don't feel pressured at all. In fact, I appreciate that the sales associates will often recommend a make or model that makes the most sense for my usage, rather than an upsell based on price or quotas. Thank you! more

Let me say first, that I am one of those people who is almost allergic to salespeople; I want to make my own decisions - ALONE, thank you very much and then show up at the cash register. But, I was in over my head with our kitchen remodel and it was a huge relief (and pleasure) to walk into AL and put myself in Roberta's capable hands. more

On 2-16-12, I purchased 3 appliances from Albert Lee Appliance, a stainless steel stove, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a hood all for which I paid $4,000.00.? ? On 3-15-12, the items delivered were a dishwasher installed, by Albert Lee Appliance, an installation for which I paid.? A White Samsung stove, and a refrigerator that had a scratch on the door, and a broken drawer.? The wrong color stove and the broken refrigerator were refused. I was told it would be weeks before I would receive the correct stove and a refrigerator that was whole.? This was unacceptable to me, so I called and expressed my displeasure with the circumstance, and to their credit we worked out an acceptable solution. I had all three appliances that same day; however, in the installation process my newly finished floor was scratched, and the refrigerator wheels were not locked causing it to lurch forward every time it was opened. ? One week later, on a Saturday, my new dishwasher leaked onto my new kitchen floor. ? I was told by customer service that nothing could be done until Monday and that someone would call me on Monday to make an appointment for the dishwasher repair.?Fortunately for me, in an unrelated issue, a repair person called me on Monday and I asked them to look at the dishwasher too, they agreed.?? What they found was that the installation by Albert Lee was done incorrectly. ALBERT LEE didn?t actually call me until WEDNESDAY (instead of Monday) to schedule the dishwasher repair even though I called on Saturday. This is poor customer service for an 8 day old dishwasher in my opinion. When I advised customer service that I was able to get someone to look at it sooner, I was told, ?You are lucky! They are doing you a big favor!? I found this quite an inappropriate response from customer service. ? As I see it, they were doing Albert Lee Appliance the ?big favor?. I think to use the term ?big favor? and ?lucky? in the context of my having to get my 8-day-old, leaky dishwasher repaired - inappropriate. I have purchased an extended warranty from Albert Lee; it is my hope that if I need to avail myself of the warranty I will experience better customer service. ? more

I feel we were misled by the salesman. We came in to purchase a Viking range, which he talked us out of, and ended up with an off-brand range that went out of business a year later. We spent over $500 in repairs (Albert Lee acted was useless in getting service or warranty help). I firmly believe there must have been some kickback from the manufacturer for the salesperson. Really bad service once you've made the purchase and run into a problem... more

I must agree with the other reviewers who caution about never buying products from Albert Lee. When we remodeled out kitchen we bought all of our applicances through them and it was a nightmare. Deliveries that did not come, products that did not work. They would only deal with problems under duress, and all in all horrible information what was the best product for our use. And I have spent over $10,000. more

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! The company should not be in business. They do huge volume to offer low prices but then give customers bad information on deliveries. Completely ruined our remodel and sucked the joy out of this home improvement project completely. Installers are not careful and scratched and damaged two of the 4 pieces we had delivered without so much as an apology. Businesses that treat customers in this manner are a joke and don't deserve to have continued patronage. A word of advice, get everything in writing, signed and guaranteed by the sales associate with provisions to get a discount or other mitigation should any part of the contract go bad. Do this well before you give them the money and you might get away with a transaction that works. Pros: No Pros to speak of Cons: Everything you could imagine is wrong with this company!! more

These guys are old school dealers for greater Seattle and do the volume to give customers good deals. You'll likely get a good price but service is absolutely terrible. We were lied to no less than 12 times!! Delivery dates were botched, multiple pieces lost, no one wants to be accountable! They charged us for the appliances many weeks before we had them, the list goes on. The slick talking and glad-handing of the ""sales"" folks there is ridiculous and patronizing. Be ready to grab your ankles, you have been warned!! Pros: Cheap appliance prices if you comparison shop to get them to match prices Cons: The worst service experience yet! Bad communication, lost orders, lying, should I go on? more
