Called Arbat after my DLP would not turn on. Mike came by and checked TV and figured out it wasnt a bad bulb but a bad ballast. Mike ordered the part and 3days later came and fixed the television. Price was as expected for the work needed to be done. Mike was a great technician and the tv is good as new. Highly recommended for atleast a tv diagnosis. Pros: quick service more

Great service and results with very fair price 11/4/2008

I have a Sony 36XBR400 that lost its picture due to two chips on the board going bad. I appreciate that ARBAT TV tried to repair the board with as little cost to me as possible. Their diagnostic fee ($80) is also very reasonable. Home Theatre Store wanted to charge $250 for diagnostics. I was concerned because many online reports about Sony repairs said they ran around $400-$500 or more. In the end, they fixed the issue for under $340. Exceptionally professional!! 5/24/2008

Our big-screen TV died a few days ago. After a lot of internet research I found this company with good reviews. I did the on-line appointment, they responded and came that day. They had to remove the board that controls all the TV functions. They called two days later and said it was fixed. Came back the same day and installed new components and helped us tune TV. Price was extremely fair!!!! I would recommend them without any reservation. I was hoping for ""good"" and got ""EXCEPTIONAL!"" MAKE SURE THE WORK IS FINISHED BEFORE THEY LEAVE 5/19/2008

The technician that serviced my TV promised to return with another part within a couple of days. Since he got my TV working, I paid him $250 in cash. Great Customer Service, Honesty and Reliability 3/12/2008

After reading reviews of several TV repair companies there wasn't a lot of positive feedback from customers until I found the reviews for ARBAT. I would like to thank those of you who took the time to write the reviews and on your recommendation I called ARBAT TV this morning. I was asked if I would be available for a technician to come by this afternoon, I was and we set at time. Mike called about 25 minutes before the agreed upon time just to let me know he was on his way. Mike checked the tv out and found the color wheel had frozen. He had one with him and installed the new one and checked the picture color. Pricing was what I had expected. I would highly recommend ARBAT TV. Pros: Honest, Reliable, Great Service more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR TV REPAIRS 7/31/2007

THIS COMPANY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I CALL HITACHI SERVICE HOTLINE ABOUT MY 60 IN TV THAT'S APPROX 9 YEAR OLD. THEY STATED THEY USE A COMPANY NAME APM ELECTRONICS INC IN KATY. I CALL ON A SATURDAY AND WAS INFORMED THEY WOULD CALL ME ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY AT APPROX 8:00 AM FOR A MORNING APPOINTMENT. AFTER ABOUT 1 HOUR, I LOOKED ON-LINE AND NOTICED THEY HAD SEVERAL BAD RATING UNDER CITYSEARCH. I NOW KNOW WHY. I CALL ARBAT TV AT APPROX 9:30 AM ON TUESDAY AND ADVISED THEM OF THE INCIDENT AND THEY CAME OUT AT APPROX 10:30 AM THAT DAY. I'M STILL WAITING FOR APM ELECTRONICS TO CALL ME FOR AN APPOINTMENT. THE PERSON WHO CAME OUT WAS FRIENDLY AND WAS FINISH IN ABOUT 20 MINUTES. NOW THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE. THE PRICE WAS FARE TO EVERYONE ELSE IN THE CITY. WOW! 5/9/2007

WOW, I have an 8 year old Sony 53 inch projection TV. I heard a LOUD, click/pop of some sort yesterday. Nothing I did would make it come back on. I made a call at 2:38 the next day and had a technician over here withing the hour and had it fixed within another 45 minutes. Promptness, efficency, knowledge, proffesionalism; I could go on.
