Great work 4/3/2014

My car was there for 3 days and I was provided a loaner. There was a small issue a week later and it was taken care of in a half hour while I waited. No charge for that more

From the moment I spoke on the phone with an Am-Pm, I received great customer service. I was kept informed on the progress of my vehicle the entire time and was provided straight forward information to let me make an informed decision on what work I want authorized on my vehicle. more

Honest Hardworking Shop!!!!!!!! 1/20/2014

I highly recommend this shop because of their honest and workmanship! If something needs to be worked on they will be honest and tell you what needs to be repaired. They have also be accomodating in cutting costs off my repair bill and they give you a summary of what will need to be done on your car in the future. They provide you with loaner cars and all they ask is that you top off the gas in the vehicle being provided to you. They also test drive your car after it has been worked on just to make sure that you car sounds and runs well for the customer to drive. Friendly customer service! more

Am - Pm Auto is probably the best shop I have ever brought my car to. They do excellent work and I don't have to worry about being cheated in any way. In fact they have saved me hundreds of dollars simply by fabricating a part from their own resources for a fraction of what OEM would have cost. What I like most about Am - Pm auto is that they also donate their time, talent, and resources to help people who cannot afford to pay. This shop is truly one of a kind. more

Emergency repairs for timming belt 12/29/2013

Was told estimate, $447. thought of what if replacinf the belt and the spring adj. wheel that the back side of the belt rides on could be less money. It turns out that worked. maybe not pushing for the most complete repair job. when the first one should be sufficent. I was only able to afford the price that I paid of $238. to bget the car running again. more
