Good: Other staff members are very nice. Doctor was nice.. Bad: One staff member - large woman older in age- very quick with me, short tempered-not very pleasant.. Improvements: I would like to see her GONE. My neighbor even said he spoke with the doctor regarding this same staff member but was treated the same way the next week he went in. I was a new-comer and she slammed a new patient sheet down and said "FILL THIS OUT" nothing else. I asked her a question regarding shots for my dogs and she snapped at me "GIVE ME A MIN". From then on I said nothing, I actually wanted to walk out.. Other: Maybe the loss of business will give the doctor a reason to check up on his staff member. The other staff was very nice one in fact apologized for her co-workers actions. Thats just sad.. more

Do you know what to do when you find a wild creature in the Dallas area? This animal clinic will take almost all types of found creatures (with the exclusion of skunks and other rabies-prone animals). I have dropped off a baby owl and a very tiny baby mockingbird. You just sign the animal over to them and they will take care of it until an animal rehabiliation person comes to pick it up (on a daily basis). more
